Pros:

Чудовий готель з гідним сервісом. На території знаходиться колоритний ресторан, де готують смачні українські страви. Зручне розташування в центрі міста, піша доступність до курортної зони.

Pros:

За ті гроші норм . Зручне розташування , зручно що є тераса , де можна посидіти . Так є мінуса . Кондиціонер такий собі , по моєму він взагалі не холоде . Одноразки не було , якийсь гель щоб помитися , за зубну пасту мовчу . Але переночувати те що треба .

Cons:

Не було одноразових гелей , шампуні. Стаканів .

All in all, the impression was not very good because of the service but not the worst.
Pros:

The location was good - just in the center of the town, near the park. The apartment was spacious - two bedrooms (master bedroom and for a child) and a living room. The terrace is nice and big with the view to the river bank and a table with chairs - we could even have dinner there. Conditioners were working ok. There was a kettle, a bottle of water, coffee/tea cups, three plates, three forks, three small spoons and a knife which we didn't expect and that was a nice surprise as we could make tea. The bed in the master bedroom was good enough. The internet was very good.

Cons:

The service in general is a bit odd. There is no reception, so you don't know where to go and who to address. We had been called by a person (perhaps the owner) and asked if we were really coming so we had the telephone number to call and ask where to go, on arrival. A man then came (it appeared that it was a security man) and demanded money and then gave us the key. It was quite strange and not very pleasant. The apartment was not clean, there were net webs everywhere. The tap water in the bathroom didn't work ok (neither in the sink, nor in the shower). The toilet didn't work properly either.
