La ubicación.

Cons:

Pueden mejorar lo referente a la habitación, ya que no cuenta con aire la única ventana que se puede abrir da a un espacio publico, es incomodo, y otra ventada estaba sin poderse abrir, los pormenores de limpieza y otros servicios se dan a conocer hasta que llegas al lugar, se puede mejorar bastante.

Pésimo alojamiento y servicio, una pesadilla de experiencia

Este alojamiento es pésimo, con un color a humedad hasta dañino para la salud. Para colmo, no responden a las peticiones que le hicimos, ni nos han emitido una factura, aun cuando nos cobraron un 16% de IVA (ya hemos reportado al SAT por fraude). No recomendamos en absoluto este sitio.

Bonito hotel en Coyoacan
Pros:

Muy bien situado en el centro de Coyoacán. Una casa grande con 6 habitaciones , bonita , cómoda y segura , en un barrio fabuloso

A mejorar el agua caliente , se bloquea , a veces no sale bien

Excellent location, interesting street & building. Spacious bathroom, good bed. Responsive staff. Strong wi-fi.

Cons:

General lighting in room was inadequate, needs small bedside lights. Weird small table and chairs not useful for working or eating. Giant bath tub but hot water supply runs out during a shower so couldn’t practically be used for a bath. 10 or 20l potable water container would help to use the tiny kitchenette.

La atención de la persona que me indicaron como contacto. Muy buena atención.
La ubicación muy buena y la zona fantástica!
Limpieza muy buena.

Cons:

No hubo agua caliente en la regadera uno de los 2 dias y el 1er dia hubo parcialmente.
También no tienen TV con canales abiertos. Y las opciones que aparecían en la pantalla (NETFLIX, YOUTUBE) tampoco funcionaron.
Las toallas estaban deterioradas de las orillas.

Estancia agradable en pleno Coyoacán
Pros:

La ubicación es inmejorable. Está situado en una calle muy tranquila en pleno Coyoacán. La casa es bonita y está limpia. La persona que estaba limpiando a la hora de hacer el check-out fue muy amable a la hora de indicarnos dónde podíamos dejar nuestras maletas.

Cons:

Paredes demasiado finas: escuchábamos los ronquidos de la habitación de al lado. En nuestra habitación había una pared con ventanas interiores cuya luz estuvo encendida toda la noche, por lo que no pudimos contar con oscuridad en ningún momento. Ruido permanente de algún motor cuando alguien utilizaba el baño. El hecho de que no haya nadie, que sea check-in por tu cuenta, hace que la experiencia en sí sea bastante impersonal.

Hermosa habitación en pleno Coyoacán
Pros:

Muy buena y segura ubicación en pleno barrio de Coyoacán, que te permite caminar y disfrutar de todas las maravillas que ofrece esta colonia de CDMX. Instalaciones impecables, ducha excelente y muy buena atencion personalizada de Mony quien te ayuda durante tu estadía. Todo el hospedaje estaba muy tranquilo y con buen ambiente.
