Raniji odlazak, zbog drskog osoblja i neprofesionalnosti

Cons:

Iuzetno neprofesionalan pristup osoblja, zbog kojeg smo otputovali ranije. Nitko nas nije pozdravio za check in, nego smo sami tražili na hotelskom baru, hoće li nam netko pomoći, iako u hotelu gostiju nije bilo. Konobar nam je dodao ključ i pokazao gdje je soba, da bi bez komentara otišao. Sutradan nam se bez pitanja za stolom drsko pridružio i voditelj, koji nas je pitao jesmo li “kome šta rekli za pasa”. Psa smo najavili pri rezervaciji i u chatu…nakon toga napustili smo ovo mjesto, puno bezobraznih i nezaineresiranih ljudi, koji drsko odgovaraju gostima, ulaze u privatan prostor gosta bez pitanja, a s druge strane bježe od svakog potrebnog kontakta s gostom. TOP - tolles Zimmer, super Ausblick, perfektes Frühstück, perfekte Lage und sympathisches Personal :)
Pros:

Neue, top-moderne Zimmer mit tollem Ausblick (Zimmer 7) und privater Bademöglichkeit. Unglaublich gutes Frühstück (von der Karte zu bestellen) direkt am Meer. Perfekt!!!
Wir durften auch am Abreisetag die Bademöglichkeit nutzen und konnten unsere Getränke direkt an der angrenzenden Bar bestellen. Alles ganz neu und gepflegt. Die Herren sind sehr zuvorkommend. Am Abend trotz Club nicht zu laut.

Cons:

Leider ist der Parkplatz ca. 7 Gehminuten und einige Stiegen entfernt.

Really enjoyed the quality, the staff and seaside location
Pros:

Excellent and friendly breakfast

Cons:

Room was too warm - couldn’t get the aircon to work. Thermostat was positioned downstairs but bed was upstairs (where it’s warmer)

Nicht wieder, das Preis/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr schlecht.
Pros:

Die schöne Lage am Meer war der einzige Lichtblick.

Cons:

Die Begrüßung erfolgte durch eine Person in Badelatschen, Jogginghose und Schlabbershirt. Man hatte nie das Gefühl als Gast willkommen zu sein, Personal sehr mürrisch und unfreundlich. Die Speisen waren qualitativ auf keinem hohen Niveau, der Kaffee wurde jeden Tag dünner.

Had a lovely stay and would stay here again the next time we visit the island!
