Pros:

Дуже гарна будівля на березі озера

Cons:

Заселилася і відразу зрозуміла — це провал. Пошарпана білизна, рушники в катишках, бабусині подушки й ватна ковдра, сантехніка на останньому подиху, вода з кранів вонюча, меблі розбиті, двері не працюють. Витримала 5 хвилин і пішла шукати місце, де не страшно жити.

Занедбали гарний готель( колись був гарний), територія біля ресторану гарна, озеро гарне, 500 грн завдаток беруть, не зр

Брудний номер, запах притону, в одному номері взагалі вікно лежало на підвіконні, рушники кольору асфальту, туалетного папірця не було, в номері було сміття минулих проживаючих.

Pros:

Місце розташування,зовнішній вигляд, територія , оформлення кімнат. Все виглядає чудово,приємна адміністрації, вид з вікна з ранку приємний ,кроваті були комфортні ,постіль і 2 рушника були в номері і тул.папір.

Cons:

Тільки що було зламане вікно ,меблі і не чисто.

Делать срочно ремонт и поднимать на уровень достойного отеля ! Здание хорошее красивое месторасположение тоже

Расположение от трассы , и как оказалось утром есть врдоем с беседками

Cons:

Все в состоянии без ремонта , запах пота и мочи в перемешку с табачным дымом ! Шумоизоляции нет слышимость очень большая , слышно как кто-то веселился кто то долго выпивал ! Если бы не комендантский час не остался бы там ночевать ! Лучше бы в машине
