Great location. The hotel did our laundry at a good price. The rooms have a tiny balcony which is perfect for applying bug spray without stinking out the room. Pool was cold (in winter), didn't try the breakfast. So many options around. Far enough away from Pub Street to avoid the noise, but close enough to everything.
TV didn't work.
De locatie lag centraal gelegen ongeveer 4 minuten van pubstreet af. Het personeel was super vriendelijk. Voor een kort verblijf is dit een prima hotel.
Het servies was een aantal keer niet schoon en het eten duurde soms erg lang. Zelfs als we de enigste in het restaurant waren duurde het een half uur.

Милая, уютная обстановка, настоящий релакс в центре города. Ночью тихо. Персонал улыбчивый и отзывчивый. Завтраки сытные и ещё там живут 2 кота или просто заходят, но это добавляет плюс к уютной обстановке)

The staff were amazing. Very helpful from the moment we checked in to the moment we checked out.
The location is perfect, just a few minutes from the centre hut away from the noise.
Breakfast was ok and we also tried lunch which was tasty as well.
We had to ask for a small towel to use for hands/face and when we didn't ask, we didn't get any. Also, we were only given a tiny soap and again, we had to ask for an extra as it was too tiny. It would be nice to either give a bigger soap or maybe ask the customers if they need any.
Maybe having a window screen to have the balcony door open and prevent mosquitos from coming inside would be a nice addition in future.

Nos encantó! El personal súper amable, nos dejaron hacer el check in antes, siempre dispuestos a ayudar en todo lo que necesitábamos. La pieza compartida con lo justo y necesario. Calidad precio súper bueno. La ubicación también está cerca de la calle de los pubs. Pero lo mejor fue el personal y su gente.
La atención y simpatía de los recepcionistas y la ubicación inmejorable.
Alojamiento perfecto para unos días en Siem Reap. Buen desayuno, baño en la piscina muy agradable, situado muy cerca del centro pero sin tanto ruido, y una atención excelente de los trabajadores ayudando y atentos a todo. Volveria sin duda
Staff was very helpful and gave us a cool towel and a drink when we arrived. Very close to everything. A nice pool. It was a clean room and bed but I did see a very large cockroach in the bathroom.
