Greal location with the best staff possible!
Pros:

The general manager, Oliver, was simply amazing to talk to, he ended up staying to talk with my friends one night in my girlfriends birthday and he was such a good company to have!

Great stay
Pros:

The hotel was in a very central position near the station. There were some toiletries very useful for the night and also the breakfast was very good with more choices than usual. It was all very clean and well organized. I would book it again for sure

Location was great. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Our room needed a facelift (dings in the wall, chips out of the closet). Bathtubs were very high and climbing into the bathtub to take a shower was precarious.

Great location and fantastic facilities with very hospitable staff
Pros:

Ultimately it was the staff who were very welcoming and accommodated every need and requirement, truly magnificent staff you have and very friendly as well.

Pros:

The hotel is centrally located. Everything was within walking distance. It's very near to the train and bus station. Our room was a good size . The bed was comfortable .We also had a balcony facing the mountain. The bathroom was also spacious and we were provided with all the essential toiletries.The staff are friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I wished we had a walk in shower instead of tub/shower combination.The shower was very awkwardly placed as you have to squeezed yourself in the corner of the tub so that water doesn't spillover or it can cause flooding on the floor.The water drain in the tub is very slow as well.
