剛好住宿外側的馬路封路正在維修很可惜，不然環境是優美的。整體住宿設計都很美、房間用品都不錯。
Pros:

設備都很新、功能好、床舒服、洗澡的熱水很夠、整體乾淨且安靜。

Cons:

桌邊和床邊都沒有多餘的充電插孔，必須要把其他電器設備拔起才能使用。浴室沒有置物平台、較不方便。
建議房間入住前可以讓房間及櫃子多做通風、因為剛進來時有一些悶著的味道。

Pros:

el apartamento muy agradable. La atención muy buena ya que tuve que llamr y enseguida me atendieron. Todo muy limpio y ordenado. El A/A funciona excelente y enseguida se calentó el apartamento.

Cons:

No había dónde colgar las toallas después de ducharse. La ducha salpicaba un poco fuera y no se podía recoger el agua ya que no había nada de limpieza en el apartamento para recoger esa agua, aunque al día siguiente lo dejaron limpio.
Luego después de las cuestas de Coimbre, llegar al apartamento y subir hasta el 2º sin ascensor con las maletas..., costó un poco, la verdad

Struttura molto curata, pulita e in una buona posizione per raggiungere il centro a piedi. Cucina piccola e abbastanza attrezzata.

Sehr angenehmes Quartier in Uni-Nähe
Pros:

Gute Kommunikation mit allen nötigen Informationen. Schön renoviertes Haus, geschmackvoll eingerichtetes, komfortables Zimmer, bequemes Bett. Durch die Lage zum Innenhof war es erstaunlich ruhig. Liegt in der Nähe der abends belebten Praça de República, ist gut mit Bus und etwas größerem Koffer erreichbar (nicht so viele Treppen und Steigungen wie in der Altstadt ;-)), fußläufig zur Uni und auch zur Altstadt
