O chuveiro só tinha água gelada, não teve arrumação dos quartos nenhum dia e na recepção nunca havia alguém nem mesmo para reclamarmos.

Excellent location and service. The room is completely new or revonated as well as well equipped, very clean and comfortable. On the weak side the bathroom which was not as maintained as expected, and the windows noise isolation. Otherwise a good option for a few days in Saranda.

Reazonable We arrived at the hotel and found no receptionist, so we had to look for information in the restaurant. Our room was very small, unlike the one I had booked through Booking. The ceiling had a small crack, and the bed was very soft. The good thing was that we only stayed for one day.

Very good location. In the heart of the promenade with lots of shops around you.
Simple clean room which I needed.

The hotel was ok. The bathroom was very small otherwise the room was ok. Restaurant downstairs means lot of people around but it was still safe.

ホテルは街の中心地にあると同時に、ビーチの目の前にある。また、アルバニアの他の都市に行くためのバス停からも、コルフ島行きのフェリーが停留するフェリーターミナルからも近く、とても好立地であった。

The best part of this Hotel was the exceptional service Omer provided me with. I can't thank him enough for everything he did for me and always with a warm welcoming smile. The room had beautiful views right on the Promenade but that also came with lots of noise at bedtime, but after all the tiring experiences, I slept. The room was very comfortable, clean and in the perfect location to either walk or drive to. I had a difficult trip, non hotel related, and Omer helped me so much, he went above and beyond and knowing that I could count on him made my experience in Saranda much better. As a solo traveler he made me feel safe. Breakfast was good and the hotel also has a popular restaurant for local food. If you are looking for peace and quiet then stay away from the Promenade, but if you are looking for fun and access to everything this is a perfect location. Thank you Omer

Struttura centralissima. Scendi dalla camera e sei in acqua. Piacevole tutto, unico neo la mancanza di finestre verso l'esterno con sole e luce. L'unica apertura dava in un corridoio assolutamente buio. Discreta la colazione sbilanciata sul salato. Il caffe "turco" non è stato un incoraggiamento. Il personale garbato, gentile ed educato.
Ci tornerei, ma solo cambiando camera.
