The Hotel Bayit at Modesto was very clean and comfortable and I can't wait to enjoy it with my wife.
Pros:

It was a nice comfortable room. I appreciated the craftsmanship in various things. Having built a bathroom that made a lot happen in a limited space I appreciated the bathroom/shower setup. I'm from AK so maybe Californians can't understand it like I do. The whole facility was nice and comfortable and was located where I needed it. I was heading to Powersports of Modesto to pick up a new motorcycle. I liked them too so maybe I'll stay here again.

Cons:

I had to travel a ways for supper and some beers. The liquor store was right there though. I'm kidding but it's true.

Love the property and how it’s so secluded making it feel like I’m in another place that’s not Modesto. Love the pool and the fridge to keep my drinks nice and cold. Staff Vanessa was nice when I needed for my check in and the pool. It’s contactless check in. So it’s nice to someone to help u with one phone call away. Thank you !

Cons:

The only thing I truly don’t like is that there’s no Divider for the toilet and the showers. It makes it just uncomfortable to have water splashing and hot steam coming within the toilet and shower. I wished it wasn’t that way. It would be great if they can put another glass up and divide the toilet and shower.

The bed was SO comfortable!

Cons:

It is advertised as a hotel but functions like an Airbnb. There were multiple problems with extra info that the “hotel” required via links they sent. Both parties that booked here had issues. The reason I book with Booking.com is the convenience of NOT having to have extra communication with the lodging. Customer support did not respond to my requests for several days, and by then we had left the hotel. Also, toilet IN the shower. Weird!

Uns hat es dort sehr gut gefallen, nur das Bad nicht.
Pros:

Die Anlage ist sehr schön angelegt und modern, die Unterstellmöglichkeit für die Autos war super. Die Zimmer sind geräumig und modern eingerichtet. Der Pool war schön angelegt und ausreichend. Durch die Aufteilung der Anlage merkt man nicht, dass man an einer großen Straße ist.

Cons:

Das Badezimmer: klein und wg. Konstruktionsfehlern hat die Dusche Überschwemmungen ausgelöst. Mit vier Personen war das Bad zu klein. Um das Hotel herum gibt es nichts, das Hotel liegt an einer großen Straße.
