Rooms were ok
Me and my family we traveled from Bangalore and we booked this place to take some rest but we couldn't sleep properly because of the cleaning lady's child kept crying and making so loud noises and using phone with full volume in the lobby very near to my door, I don't know why the management is not taking any action on this, cleaning staffs should have a designated place away from guests and usually they should cause discomfort to the guests thats what a proper hotel will follow such standards. My mother came outside the room and complained to that cleaning lady its too loud we are not able to sleep, inspite of that they lady did not take her child and move away, then I called the receptionist and complained its too noisy in front of my room and the whole night before that I was traveling so I couldn't sleep so I requested ask that lady to move away to some other place, they came and just told that lady to stay quiet and left and in few minutes again that child started to make noise and again I need to inform the receptionist, such a poor management and not able to provide the basic quiet time for guests even after informing multiple times, I would not recommend to anyone who wants a quiet place to stay in Trichy, also the rooms are average, washroom not so clean found hair lying on the floor and taps are old and rusted.
neat & clean
Dear Sir/Madam,
I stayed at Maharaja Residency, Trichy yesterday, and the booking was made through Booking.com.
After completing the booking, I received two confirmation emails — one from Booking.com and another from Maharaja Residency. However, the location mentioned in both emails directed us to a completely different place, which was about 5 to 6 kilometers away from the actual hotel.
Because of this incorrect location, we had to drive around Trichy for nearly 20 minutes at night trying to find the hotel. Finally, we had to call the hotel reception and get the correct location shared again before we were able to reach the property.
This situation was quite inconvenient and unexpected, especially during night travel. Sharing an incorrect location in the confirmation email can cause serious confusion for guests and may also create safety concerns.
I request you to kindly check and correct the location link mentioned in your booking confirmation emails so that future guests do not face the same difficulty.
Please treat this as constructive feedback from a guest who otherwise appreciates your hospitality.
Thank you.
Regards,
Govindarajan K
Location was ok
Not clean
Worst bed
Linen not washed
Bathroom like government
They charged tourist tax doble.
Très bien
The place is strategic and located at the hub of the town.
One of the worse place I have ever stayed. The bed was dirty, the place was smelly and the air conditioner was not working and when I told the receptionist they was so rude about it. They even tried to scam us by giving us a smaller room when we ordered the family room and already paid for it. The worst place I have ever stayed!!
Accessibility from the major transport hubs. Polite staffs
Dirty pillows and bedsheets, broken cupboard handles and water taps, not properly cleaned toilet
A lot of patch works in the building causing multiple malfunctions of equipments in the room and bathroom. Not worth for the money we pay.
I feel it is a value for money
Check in was delayed. Cleanliness can be improved better. Bed do not have a comfotable cushion. It was toooooooo soft
Stay is good, prime location. Kind staffs.
Matress placed with plastic wrapper which was created annoying sound. Bathroom tap need to fixed for smooth operation.
Typical Indian budget hotel
The norm seems to be one sheet and a blanket. I prefer 2 sheets
Clean room with everything you need in a central location close to the church and some great restaurants nearby
Nothing
