Дуже привітний персонал, зручна локація прям на трасі, якщо проїздом Тернопіль, гарний сніданок, своя парковка, чистенько, кондиціонер.
Дещо шумно від дороги, номери маленький як на 3-4 осіб, але на 1 ніч нормально.
Скажено м'які матраци як на мене.
Дуже сподобався сніданок. Зручне місце розташування готелю. Чисто в номері. Приємний запах. Хороший новий готель. Рекомендую.
Щоразу цей готель дивує нас чистотою, теплотою,а в цей раз ще й смачними сніданками. Дуже добре, що тепер маємо можливість не тільки мати сніданок в ціні номера, а ще й забрати його з собою за потреби
Готель чистенький, всі зручності в номері є:кондиціонер, капці, зубні щітки, фен тощо.

З мінусів: розташування-на окраїні міста.
А також дуже не приємно вразила ситуація, що адміністратор при заселенні помилково натиснула на терміналі суму до плати за 2 ночі замість 1, я не додивилась, бо була втомлена з дороги і одразу сплатила. Потім адміністратор вже побачила свою помилку і почала робити повернення коштів-в результаті, чи то випадковість, чи ні, але у мене банк заблокував всі мої карткові рахунки, я їх відновила і гроші через 3 дні повернулись, адміністратор вибачилась. Але, як на мою думку, можна було зробити якусь знижку чи ще щось за таку недбалість, але як вже є.
