Cleanliness and location

Cons:

Lack of open facilities due to the time of year. Should have been advertised use of facilities better. For example, promoting the steak house restaurant being open 1 night in the week giving customers the opportunity to try this. Same for other on site restaurant. Buffet become repetitive although lovely.

Very clean hotel, felt comfortable & relaxed.
Pros:

It was very clean, friendly staff & attentive.

Cons:

The rooms were very dark, the hotel was too hot & the aircon in room didn’t blow cold, no self service for hot water or milk, tea bags terrible, in door swimming pool was freezing, the Turkish bath prices were very expensive, buffet food not great, not much to do in the day time. The cleaners were really noisy early in the morning.

Amazing
Pros:

This is our second time at this hotel, we booked again for this year because of how much we enjoyed our stay last time, and it did not disappoint! The staff are incredible, Yusuf in guest relations was amazing, so friendly and helpful. The food is delicious and fresh, we especially liked Dom Bistro for midday food, genuinely some of the best foods I've had in Turkey. The hotel I cannot fault, staff, cleanliness, food and facilities all five star, please don't change anything!

Wonderful
Pros:

- The room was spacious and comfortable
- The staff were very friendly all over the hotel
-The food was delicious with a great variety every day.

We also greatly appreciate your kindness in extending our checkout few hours due to our late flight, without any extra charge.
This made our departure much easier and more relaxing.

Thank you again for the excellent service.
We look forward to visiting Trendy Lara again in the future.

Cons:

The high music voice in the lobby over the night time , we think it will be better that this kind of music activity to be done in private area rather than the lobby .

De très belles vacances en famille en octobre
Pros:

Nous avons passé une semaine en famille et avons passé de merveilleuses vacances. Le complexe est grand et soigné. C'est un véritable all inclusive, nous pouvons manger et boire à tout moment. Le buffet est grand et la nourriture est très bonne.
L'hôtel est vraiment kids friendly, notre fille a adoré. Le service était vraiment super et de qualité.
La plage, accessible en petit bateau, est propre et belle.

La chambre était belle, le lit king size très confortable et il y avait beaucoup de rangement

Nous y étions en octobre, il faisait beau et chaud. Il y avait du monde mais c'était correct. Je pense cependant qu'il doit y avoir beaucoup de monde en pleine saison.

Cons:

Il est difficile de sortir du complexe hôtelier, le point d'information taxi autorisé face à l'hôtel est une véritable escroquerie. Nous avons payé 85€ pour aller à Mall of Antalya et les ubers ou autres taxis refusent de venir à l'hôtel.

Bad cleanliness, poor management.
Cons:

The overall facility is ok, although you need to take a free boat to get to the beach. The buffet is good, however I don't quite like the paid Asian restaurant as it's too salty for me. The worst part is the cleanliness. The housekeeping is really poor, the lady always forgot to empty the bin, and remove rubbish from the table. She even missed cleaning our room one day when the cleaning light is on. The overall cleanliness is very poor in the room as well as the toilets in the lobby and next to the restaurant where I saw a cockroach. You can't complain about the noise of children when you stay in a family resort. But it's really weird when someone is dragging furniture upstairs all day even at 3am in the morning.... Called reception about this, nothing changed and it continued for whole week....
