Overall was a good resort but I find it expensive comparing with what they provide and something not nice happened with
Pros:

The resort was very nice with lots of green and their food was perfect they have open buffet for kids as well and it was clean.

Cons:

The staff were not friendly specially the ones from the reception they were so rough and the air condition were not working I have called them 6 times to come and fix it and went to ask from the reception two times then they came but the staff from the restaurant was amazing and very helpful.

Don’t stay here.
Pros:

The staff were friendly and welcoming.
Room was comfortable.

Cons:

- The communal areas were extremely loud - our toddler was covering his ears even at check in.
- The outside facilities are tired, with broken and rusted parts of children’s play areas - see photos.
- The outside dining area was also tired, dirty and apparently reeks of cat urine (being a man I couldn’t smell it, but according to my wife it does).
- Evening entertainment is extremely loud and can be heard inside rooms even with windows closed. Even once this ended it was replaced with drunk people attempting to find their rooms and generally screaming in the corridors until c.23:30.
- We checked out after one night but were denied a refund for our remaining stay.

Exceptional - will 100% visit again - highly recommended
Pros:

Exceptional - amazingly child friendly - wide variety of food options, literally 24/7 (loved the concept of 2am to 7am “early breakfast”) - children water park was excellent, better than expected - multiple swimming pools, indoor and outdoor. While last 2 days had a lot of guests (likely due to Eid vacation), it was still very very good.

Nice stay, NO Iron in the rooms
Pros:

Everything, the staff were all nice and respectful, the ladies working with kids were amazing, the waiters in the kitchen were nice and kind especially Mr. Arafat.

Pros:

Очень всё понравилось! Персонал, развлечения, выбор еды и напитков, территория - всё было на высшем уровне. Было много развлечений для детей и взрослых, хороший аквапарк, пляжная зона удобная с баром и перекусом в обеденное время, персонал очень доброжелательный и говорит на любом языке, что немало важно для иностранных туристов. Еще впечатлило, что помимо главного ресторана, можно было покушать в бистро, это удобно, если заезд поздним вечером, а выезд ранним утром, как было в нашем случае. В целом, очень рекомендую этот отель!

A great experience, from A to Z! We were a big group of 16 people, from the age of 2 all the way up to 75, and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The Staff, the food, the shows and so on, all get a 10/10 from us! We are definitely coming back

Amazing Hotel!

All-inclusive food and drinks available nearly everywhere in the hotel
The buffet meals are amazing. So many options and very delicious food.

Clean and modern hotel and rooms, beautiful garden
Very friendly staff

Cons:

Iron and iron board is not provided
Aqua park wasn't heated water. It was very cold for the kids and adults alike in May.

Probably wouldn’t go again and definitely book somewhere else next time

The staff was very friendly and helpful

Cons:

Had about 10 power cuts in the 5 days some lasting around 30 minutes kids was crying had to walk around in the dark for the buffet as there was no power very dangerous everything was quiet far so had to get taxis everywhere but that is are fault as not done as much research on what’s around the hotel entertainment for the children doesn’t last long and not much entertainment around the hotel

I can not think of any except the prices are higher when i tried to book the hotel for my family to come for summer after my experience with my wife.
