Excellent hotel with great facilities and delicious food
Pros:

A very beautiful hotel with lots of activities for children/ adults. Every night the entertainment was very good and the food was excellent quality. There were plenty of food options even if the buffet had finished and plenty of variety. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend

Cons:

We were expecting one à la carte dinner to be included in the cost but we were told it was €30 per person. Also the costs of the spa/ shops were extremely expensive- more costly than the UK

Pros:

The staff was great

Cons:

The food wasn’t tasty at all,all the foods were without taste,the phone in the room didn’t work,room service was out of service during our stay,the hair dryer couldn’t even dry a bald head.

Pros:

Staff are excellent, eager to help with joy. Three staff members were super, Arkan at reception, Ayson at restaurants, and the cleaning lady.
This hotel is one of the very few hotels in the world that we enjoyed the food, very very tasty, generous, and wide selection

Ça va c’est bien mais je m’attendais à mieu
Cons:

Ben je trouve qu’il n’y a pas assez de musique qui ambiance toutes les piscines et on avait pas Maman, mais c’était pas assez fort, c’était en fond. Pas trop ambiancé au niveau des piscines. Je trouve que les animations Club ne sont pas top, servi du cocktail dans les gobelets en papier nul de plus ces gobelets au port des piscines avec des piles complètes ne sont même pas débarrassé, il y a plein d’abeilles qui vous tournent autour parce qu’il y a plein de gobelets avec des cocktails. L’eau des piscine était bien, mais pas assez rafraîchissante, car il faisait très chaud. Les horaires du restaurant de nuit de deux heures à 6h du matin, mais t’es tout le temps fermé.

Pros:

Our host on reception Arif was excellent.
It was a big resort with lots of food and facilities.

Cons:
