This was the worst hotel in my life, extremely unhelpful and rude night staff.!!! Only three people that was nice was 1 of course the owner, second was the chef and his helper.
From cockroaches to blood stains on bed sheets.! Complained to staff to clean but they never did! Please do not look at the photos as they are a lie. Breakfast is very very minimal with hardly any options. They don’t even provide juice etc. short on cutlery.! Night staff was absolutely rude, my mum asked for help in taking the luggage downstairs and the boy was really rude twrds her. Ask for a porter and night reception was playing dumb even tho I used a language translator.. which then I had to take my own bags downstairs with no help. Receptionist named “Lugaan” and “Abdullah” both rude and disrespectful twds me and my mother. But the chef and his helper was really nice and caring!! My bedsheets had blood stains. Mattress had some sort of dirty stains aswel and bathroom cabinets had cockroaches. Cleaners were nice but didn’t clean the room. Water gets blocked in the sink and shower..! If you’re going for a holiday stay I highly recommend DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL, as our holiday was 50% ruined just because of the hotel that we left 4 days before our check out as we was fed up from everything.!
The location . It’s very close to the center ,and also our room it was very clean .
I didn’t like that the WiFi doesn’t work , I was needed to stay on my network . Also they need to improve their facilities, the shower , the beds , but overall it was a beautiful experience.

Hoteli katastrofal, ushqim i dobet, staffi mashtrues, nuk e ktheu kusurin e pageses me qellim, kinse nuk ka para ne kase. Pastertia zero, kondicioneri nuk punonte, dhoma ishte e ftohte, kishte papasterti, parking nuk kishte, dhe kur shkon aty te dergojne ne parking publik me pagese shtese, per te gjitha keto sherbime katastrofale, une kete hotel e vleresoj me 1 yll vetem per lokacionin. Pagesa per keto sherbime ishte e larte, nuk e rekomandoj, andaj mos rezervoni ketu sepse do kaloni pervoje te keqe.

When we arrived at the hotel they didn t have available rooms. The guy from reception didn t speak English. He just said "Fully booked", and repeated 25 times. We had to look for another hotel at 3 am.
The location was good.
The beds weren't comfortable at all and no one speaks English.
It was dirty and we asked more than once to change the bed sheets, but in vain.
I won't repeat this experience again.

Customer service so bad. Seem like they dont like foreigner and bit racist to asian people.Please dont be like that. Its so sad to see angry face. Pls improve.istanbul is a nice country..this is my 3rd time to turkiye.Its so bad..pls be nice and smile more next time.

One of the mattresses had springs in your ribs, and the window of the room faced the elevator stairs. Glasses not exist in the room.
