Worry free.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was a problem. Having a super market and a bottle shop pretty much connected to the building was also very convenient.

Great CBD stay
Pros:

Big apartment, light and well maintained. The receptionist was very helpful and attentive. Great stay, I will make it my place of choice when staying in Brisbane.

Would stay here again.
Pros:

Location was great. Very close to eveything we were doing in Brisbane.

Cons:

Possibly Booking.com issue but instructions for out of hours check in came to an old email that i no longer use. It caused some confusion for us.
