Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
Please note that the property charges an optional 10 percent service charge.
Please note that more than 10 rooms are considered as a hosting group, and reservations are subject to advance payment or cancelation by the hotel. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Excelente localização, quarto grande, colchão e travesseiro confortáveis, excelente café da manhã.

Cons:

Um dos elevadores não estava funcionando, não tem televisão com canais abertos e o estacionamento é pago.

Pessimo custo/beneficio.
Pros:

Acomodação razoável, considerando o valor da diária. O estacionamento era pago. Por que? Pagar 800 reais em uma diária e ainda pagar 30 reais pelo estacionamento é um absurdo!!!

Cons:

O custo/baneficio não vale a pena. Os funcionários não eram educados, tampouco gentis. Parecia que, apesar do valor vultoso da diária, que estavam fazendo algum tipo de favor em nos atender. E pagar 30,00 reais pela diária no estacionamento é um acinte.
