Important information:

According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If the minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it will be necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

Please note that more than 10 rooms are considered as a hosting group, and reservations are subject to advance payment or cancelation by the hotel. We emphasize that the contracted daily rate covers a 24-hour period, with check-in from 2:00 PM and check-out by 12:00 PM. The interval of up to 3 hours between guest departure and arrival is provided for in MTur Ordinance No. 28 and is intended exclusively for cleaning, sanitization, and tidying of the unit, ensuring the maintenance of our standard of excellence.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Decepcionado com a estrutura porém tem potencial para melhoria
Pros:

Comfort suítes já foi um grande hotel, o que ainda salva são os funcionários, muuuito educados e prestativos!

Cons:

A piscina não é aquecida, o que inviabiliza o uso grande parte do tempo, quando chove forte cai terra nas piscina, o preço da estadia não paga a experiência que se passa.

Pros:

Da localização, por ser perto da Rodovia e Shopping. Também gostei do atendimento da recepção.

Cons:

O café da manhã é bem fraco e os quartos são velhos e com pouco conforto pelo preço que cobram. Preço de 5 estrelas e entrega no máximo 3. Já me hospedei em outras oportunidades mas a cada vez aumentam o preço que, atualmente, é incompatível com o que disponibilizam. Relação custo/benefício péssima.
