The room was ok, a little worn down, but further ok, cant complain. The breakfast was also ok, all was provided for, of course english and a bit of continental. We ate at the indoor pub, we were early but was still taken care of. Very nice young employee trying to do his best, as this was not his job, but still helped, super friendly staff

original room beside a generator ? noisy so changed confusion from then about our booking had to reconfirm breakfast and locked out on 2nd day no remote control for telly bit noisy around with builders nearby and decorators painting walls inside
As a former resident of Kinross I was pleased to have my first stay in a hotel that I used to visit when I was little. The room was so much bigger than expected and very clearly only just refurbished- to a high standard.
When we arrived just after 3pm the room wasn’t ready, we needed to get ready for a birthday party that evening so it was a little disappointing but once we checked in everything was perfect.
Easy to find very polite check in but why ask for id?

The reception staff were brilliant, the room was huge, bed comfy and there was a huge brand new shower. Lovely view from the window.
The room was cold and we had to ask for a heater. As I said the shower cabinet was new and huge...unfortunately the water pressure was almost nil. Very disappointing. Also the breakfast staff member was very non-customer focused, abrupt, unhelpful...embarrassing tbh. She let the team down!
My room was newly decorated etc and on first glance seemed lovely though there were loads
Of small snagging items to sort which would have turned it into a truly lovely room.
The food part was truly faulty towers!
Window in our room needs to be adapted so it can be easily opened.

Clean and comfortable room. Cosy bar and friendly staff. Renovations continue but you don’t notice.
