Cons:

Le service devrait minimum être plus accueillant que ça! On ne fait pas le menagge si vous ne demandez pas ! On sert de la patate au petit déjeuner. Moi en tant que francophone j'aurai aimer qu'elle face un peut d'effort pour la communication , service peu qualifié, piscine pas propre je n'ai pas pu nager.

A place with potential....
Pros:

The rooms are a good size, the decor is great, the location in VI is great. But there was just that little extra needed.

Cons:

Front desk staff were bored and not interested in helping. my booking wasnt found and she was very unhelpful till i worked it out. There was a desk outside my window and staff hungout watching videos and talking at all hours. The club next door really didnt help... from 12pm to 5am they boomed away. investbid double glazing and thick curtains to reduce the noise. wifi was non existent

Exquisite, comfortable and enjoyable.
Pros:

The breakfast was timely and well prepared. I loved all the decor, so artistic. I also had a peaceful stay, the staff were friendly. The location was easily accessible, very cozy rooms with a great view. Every moment was a delight and I highly recommend!
