Stay away from this property. We stayed 6 days at this rental. It does not look at all like the photos provided in the advertisement. If you look deep enough into the 90 picture provided the actual pictures of this property are sprinkled in deceptively so that you do not know what you are getting. If you enjoy dirty marked up walls, lack of toilet paper and paper towels, complete silence from the owners, exposed wires running from the open fuse panel - then maybe you will like this place. It was the worst place we have ever rented.
The stairway was not clean and was covered with plastic material. The walls of the staircase were covered in a white dusty materias that stay on our luggage and clothes
I booked 4 nights on this two bedroom flat for my birthday trip. the first 2 nights were absolutely nightmare totally ruined by the place condition: upon on the arrival the wasted water came out from the kitchen sink, very disgusting. on the second day problem was getting worse - wasted water bursted onto the kitchen work top and entrance floor, half of the sink filled with thick wasted sh*t like mud, disgusting sh*t smell full of the whole place! we also exhusted with all communication with the hotel staff too as slow responding and didn't give a true help at all! it's been one week now since we were back but we are still waiting hotel manager's reply on the investigation result and compensation plan. the sink problem hasn't been properly fixed as bad smell still came from the drainage on the day we departed. we also had access problem, wifi connection problem in this flat, a terriable experience with this place, Expedia wasn't helpful on supporting customer's claim too! i sent photos and video to the host to show how terrible the situation was, unfortunately seems the host didn't put the importance of health and safety to their guests. very bad luck to book the stay with this place, my birthday trip was totally ruined!
The hotel was under construction therefore we had to deal with hammering and walk-through, plastering all over the walls and ground. we literally opened our door to a ladder with stucco bucket on top. My family and I had to squeeze through. As you left the property, there was a bed and broken glass outside.This was not city work as they claimed
The property was in a great location, close to a lot of sites, very tourist friendly and although amongst a bustling neighborhood, you couldn't hear anything inside in the apartment. What I didnt like about the property that it was very very small, I got the city apartment and you could barely move around comfortably being a family of 3 (2 adults one baby). It was small to the point where we couldn't have the crib that was provided by the staff in the same room as us, (it wouldn't fit) and had to put the crib in the living room. It would be helpful to perhaps have the size of the apartment on the website, so people know how big the apartments are since when advertised the cover photo is the largest apartment and that could be a little misleading. BUT overall, the experience was good, communication was always friendly and location was prime.
Please pay attention to the sqft - the pictures make it look like it's much bigger than what it actually is. There's almost no storage and the bathroom sink is smaller than what you'd see in an airplaine's restroom. It is a good room for 2ppl, but no more than that for sure. We had to leave our clothes in the luggage, which were left on the floor, leaving little space to actually walk around. We've definitely struggled with space w/ our 2yr old child.
This was a very clean and comfortable 2 BdRm 1 Bth property with a terrific location in the Latin Quarter. It was a little tricky to get luggage up to the 3rd floor without an elevator, but the location and comfort was worth the initial effort. We would recommend this property.
A lovely quait apartment, right near Notre Dame.
A very tourisity area. Metro Saint Martin line 4 practically on your door step. Minutes walk to the wonderful restaurants.on St German
loved the property excellent area close by to everything, communication from management was not great - got check in information well after we arrived and waited - and never ended up with wifi details but all in all would definitely stay again
