Frühstück war sehr gut!

Teil vom Frühstück war super. Der Besitzer ist echt freundlich und bietet auch echt sehr gute Surf Stunden an und das zu einem guten Preis.

ci siamo sentiti a casa! Sanku e la sua famiglia ci hanno fatto sentire super accolti, dovevamo stare 3 giorni alla fine abbiamo prolungato e siamo stati una settimana! Colazioni sempre diverse e buonissime (comunque se avete preferenze potete chiederglielo senza problemi), abbiamo anche cenato due volte lì ed era tutto super buono (il padre è uno chef). Abbiamo poi fatto anche qualche lezione di surf con Sanku siccome è un insegnante e ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Anche moglie e figli adorabili :)

Clean & comfortable room, air-conditioning worked well, walking distance to cafes and restaurants.

早餐很好吃及豐盛, 地點很好,離沙灘和市中心都很近,但是環境又很清靜,很喜歡這個地點

Lovely family, nice spacious room in a quieter area while still only a 10 minute walk into Hiriketiya beach area, and the breakfast is delicious!

Дружелюбные хозяева. Есть где оставить личный транспорт. Большой плюс, что хозяин обучает сёрфу. Не пришлось искать сёрф-школу. Номер достаточно просторный, но не без нюансов. Опишу ниже. Ночевали 2 ночи. Второй завтрак был получше, так скажем более европейский.

The room was very clean and nice. There was always fresh air coming in to the house. The hosts were very nice and the breakfast very good.

Das Frühstück war jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet, sehr lecker und zudem preislich seehr fair. Alles war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die unglaublich freundlichen Gastgeber, die jederzeit geholfen haben – sei es bei Fragen oder bei der Organisation. Man fühlt sich hier sofort willkommen.

Familia muy maja y el desayuno muy bueno.

Habitación amplia con cama grande y mosquitera cuidada, desayuno variado y abundante, casa en barrio tranquilo y bonito.

We stayed here for 7 days and it is really a great place. Amazing breakfast, we got something new every day, clean rooms and great ac. And the family who lives are super nice.

Everything was great! Sanku & his wife and familiy are super lovely and helpfull. They organized a scooter for us as well for a good price! Sanku could give you surf lessons as well.
The house and room are very clean and well kept! Location is very good aswell within walking distance of hiriketiya beach. As a bonus right now they have 2 puppies!
I would highly recommend this place!

Sanku and his family provided a beautiful, relaxing, clean haven. Slightly outside of the hustle and bustle of the main town (which suited us perfectly) but only a 10 minute walk to the beach through the jungle lanes and town.
Sanku’s wife and mother keep a beautiful home and cooked some truly delicious traditional Sri Lankan food for us. The breakfast is generously sized and different each day.
Sanku was incredibly helpful in sorting surf board rentals and organising transport for us. He recommended two local restaurants, Dahami and Priyanka, which were both amazing food and amazing value.
The two cute puppies are an added bonus, we loved them.
We can’t wait to come back and stay with Sanku and his family again.

The best part of this amazing journey was to be with a family and witnessing the dynamics of a Sri Lankan family.
