Le personnel accueillant, la piscine ,l'emplacement , la propreté de l'hôtel.
Personnel accueillant, jolie petit coin avec la piscine entretenue , parking à disposition . Propreté de la chambre et une grande douche. Emplacement de l'hôtel non loin de la ville .

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner beaucoup trop sucré . Plus d'œufs lorsque nous sommes venue il a fallu attendre 30 min pour qu il y en est à nouveau .
Il faudrait faire plus de quantité que le personnel puissent recharger de suite

Pros:

Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Der Parkplatz auf dem Hotelgelände ist super. Zu Fuß kommt man in etwa 20 Minuten in die Altstadt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Very disappointing experience

My wife accidentally left her gold necklace in the bathroom of our room and is completely certain that she left it there. About three hours later, we contacted the hotel to ask about it.
During our first call, we were told that the necklace was not there. We called again later and spoke to a different member of staff, who also said that nothing had been found. When we tried to ask further questions, the staff member simply said hello, hello and hung up the phone.
We cannot accuse anyone without knowing exactly what happened, but the situation and especially the way it was handled have seriously affected our trust in the hotel. We expected the hotel to properly investigate the matter and communicate with us respectfully.

Perfect location when arriving with car, free parking and a pool is a plus!

Cons:

Water temperatur in shower changing from cold to very hot and to cold again during use. No available vegetables for breakfast, but otherwise ok

Por la mañana el hombre de la reception fue muy amable pero por la noche no había nadie, tuvimos que esperar un buen rato y no apareció nadie hasta que tuve que ir a buscar a alguien del staff.

Cons:

Las fotos no coinciden en totalidad con el hotel, las habitaciones son antiguas y al llegar no había parking, tuvimos que aparcar detrás del hotel en un acampado.

Muitas visitas aos pontos de interesse histórico, arquitectónico e arqueológico.
Pros:

A localização do hotel é boa, são 20 min à pé do centro histórico.
O pequeno-almoço foi muito bom, tem tudo que é necessário e um pouco mais.
O melhor de tudo é o parqueamento no local, gratuito e sempre disponível.
O restaurante do hotel tem boa cozinha com pratos variados e muito bem feitos.

Cons:

Se calhar o pavimento à entrada do hotel, está muito gasto.
