Average at best. Not good value.
Pros:

The room was spacious with king bed.

Cons:

No rails to hang wet towels. No additional blankets available, it was a very cold night and air/cond could not keep room pleasant temp. Poor shower design water leaked out into bathroom floor. Shower head was rusted. Breakfast room had no heating. It offered no consideration for food allergies or non dairy milk choices. Cereal containers were limited in choice and 1 container was nearly empty at the start.

We run events, as soon as we know next year dates, we will book 3 x rooms.

A rather unpleasant stay unfortunately.
Pros:

Great king size bed.

Cons:

Very utilitarian. The facilities were very basic for 4 star - no wine glasses, no face washers, nowhere to put your case except on the floor. The room was also small and echoed unpleasantly.
Breakfast was also very basic with 2 choices of cereal - looks like one had run out and wasn’t replaced, limited croissants and cakes, limited fruit and basic breads.
Also, although there was a large ‘hotel’ style building presumably for guests to enjoy, it wasn’t set up at all and was locked when we arrived at about 5.15pm.

Pros:

Clean modern roomy rooms, very friendly staff.

Cons:

A extra mirror in main bedroom, maybe some drinking glasses, wine glasses otherwise couldn't fault the place

Wouldn’t stay again.
Pros:

Staff was very welcoming. Motel were relatively new and rooms appeared clean, but had roaches.

Cons:

This is not a hotel. Photo is of reception building. Actual rooms are in modular motel rooms. Breakfast is very basic. No hot food.

Management should spray for bugs more often since there were roaches.

Pretty good
Pros:

The room was basic but had everything you needed although a small microwave would've been good. Makes one more self sufficient. Continental breakfast was very good but get in before bread etc runs out.

Cons:

No hot chocolate for non coffee tea drinkers.

Overall the stay was enjoyable
Pros:

The location is nice and central. It is within walking distance of the shops and places to eat. The included breakfast was wonderful with plenty of variety.
