Vriendelijk personeel en het zwembad op het dak beviel ons heel goed. Super service met betrekking tot het regelen van een shuttlebusje naar het vliegveld.

Since it is far from the city, should be great if they have shuttle for the city or more tours options. Is nothing wrong with it, but always can be better
Tolle Zimmer- ruhig (trotz Moscheen rundherum) - der Pool auf dem Dach ist toll und die Mitarbeitenden sehr freundlich! Der Shuttle zum Flughafen ist super! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben- wenn wir wieder in yogyarkata sind- dann hier!

La struttura si trova abbastanza fuori dal centro città (circa 1 ora e 20 minuti) ma a 5 minuti dall’aeroporto, ottima posizione se si hanno dei voli in mattinata (come nel nostro caso).
Camere spaziose e pulite, personale gentile e disponibile. Offre il servizio di lavanderia e di shuttle (gratuito) da/per l’aeroporto.

The hotel staff was extremely helpful, arranging transport from our hotel near Borobudur on the day of check-in at a very reasonable price. We could not make it for the complimentary shuttle to the airport (it runs every hour), and was planning to call Gojek, but the staff told us they could arrange for their shuttle at our convenience if we covered the airport parking fee (10,000 rupiah). We checked the price on Gojek, which was more than double their quote, so we were very grateful to the hotel staff. There were also small touches of hospitality, like the towel origami on our bed and the colourful message written on the mirror welcoming us. The black out curtains were surprisingly effective and even though there was a mosque just in front of our room, we didn't hear the prayers and slept well. We also managed to use the rooftop pool at sunset, before it closed at 6pm, which was nice.
I appreciated that the black out curtains were effective, but the light from the air con remote was a bit bright for me. The balcony door was difficult to close as the floor at the opening was not level. The hotel may also be a bit dated as we could see some black marks around the bathroom floor.

Het ontbijt was een puntje van verbetering.
Waarschijnlijk omdat het niet zo druk was.
Het is ook zonde natuurlijk om veel etenswaren klaar te zetten voor weinig mensen, maar we hebben op onze reis door indonesië wel uitgebreidere ontbijtjes gehad.
