Pros:

Great location walking distance to everything. Facilities were perfect and very clean. Shout out Mr.Pam ( I think that’s his name) very friendly and helpful throughout our stay even held our bags overnight when we left.

Very thin doors, can hear a lot at night.Didnt like the fact receptionist was always playing on his phone. Anyone could have walked in at any time. We walked in the front door on numerous occasions and he was just staring down at his phone screen playing games and didn’t even acknowledge who we were

Excellent value for money all round
Pros:

The welcome was warm, the room was clean and smart with a balcony above the pool, the swimming pool, lit up at night, was the perfect way to unwind after a long dusty bus journey. The owner, Mr Phan was exceptionally helpful with some little but important tasks I needed help with.

Cons:

Nothing about the hotel itself but be careful because there are several hotels with the same name, just a different number, looking the same too, and it is easy to get them confused. Be sure the hotel you go to is the same as the one you have booked, especially if you are telling a tuk-tuk driver etc.

Kleinod in Luang Prabang
Pros:

Der "Host" bzw. Manager namens Pan war außerordentlich freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Ich wohnte im Haus I mit einem schönen großen Balkon mit Blick auf die Oasis-Anlage.
Tolle Aircon nebst Fan, großes Zimmer, sehr gutes Bett.
Ich habe wunderbar geschlafen hier..
Jederzeit wieder, zumal die Lage zwischen Nam Khong und Nam Khan ideal ist.

Cons:

Der Pool ist leider ungenießbar, total verchlort, Wasser überhaupt nicht klar, eher trüb.
Ich hatte nach dem Besuch einige Hautreizungen.

This was booked 5 months ahead. When we got there, we were told we were at the wrong hotel and zent to a second hotel. Here, we were told they didn't have a room due to a terrible storm that knocked the power out. All of this was lies. After an argument, the guy behind the counter claimed his father overbooked, and they would send us to a third hotel. We declined based on other reviews and rebooked somewhere else. This is a scam run by crooks to fill multiple hotels at the price they charge for their best hotel. Don't take my word for it ,read other 1 star reviews, then check out the Google reviews. Avoid at all costs.
