Two night mid week break
Pros:

Great location with parking easy walking distance to shops, bars and restaurants. Our room and bathroom were good in size with the added bonus that our room had an air conditioning unit in place as it was warm whilst there

Cons:

Not a problem as such but would recommend screenshotting the entry code as I had no signal in the car park so had to go for a walk until I could get the info needed!

Poor attention to cleanliness - there was take away food left in room 4. Poor ventilation in room 1.

Dirty.
Pros:

Shower TV room in general was all good and great location.

Cons:

Second time staying here as I thought it might be a one off that I had a dirty room.
Cleanliness is definitely not good.
Stains and hair on sheet's before I've even used the bed.
Carpet incredibly dirty.

Great location, great rooms and fab aircon!
Pros:

Spacious room and given the weather the aircon was much appreciated !

Nothing really although the entrance from the car park is a little quirky!

Comfortable and convenient accommodation close to town.
Pros:

Convenient location close to the town centre, pubs, shops and restaurants. Large comfortable bed and great shower. Air conditioning was an absolute godsend on the day we visited since the temperature was over 30°. Helpful directions and a video provided by the host.

Cons:

No soap in the shower. Only shampoo. Quite complicated to find the car park, but help was provided. Only a small thing, but the tv was quite small for such a large room.

Great litrle find
Pros:

Fantastic location, easy parking, easy self check in, omfortable room with ac which was greatly appreciated in the heat!

Cons:

The tea and coffee statipn was a little frugal with 2 tiny pods of milk which gave enough for one cup. Wouldn't cost much more to them to offer litrle bit more milk so you could have more than one drink? Decaff coffee was included but not decaff tea as well which would have been good.

Excellent place to stay
Pros:

Great place to stay. Instructions for checking in were very clear, with videos to show exactly where to park and obtain the keys. Location was excellent, being very close to the town and the theater. Having aircon was a lifesaver and made our stay very comfortable.

Cons:

Couldn't fault anything. Perhaps a larger mirror somewhere might be nice.

Functional for one night due to location and parking.
Pros:

Good location and added benefit of parking

Cons:

Tired, very noisy floorboards outside of room. Very low water pressure in sink. Badly stained carpet, generally tired and tardy. Bathroom mirror dirty, no sink plug, peeling paintwork and looking very tired in its decor.

Pros:

Good location with off street parking

Cons:

The room overlooks a hotel that has live rock bands playing from 2.30 in the afternoon till late. The bands are playing outside and its impossible to sleep. The bed is tiny and it’s a very hot room

Looks a lot better in the photos than in reality.
Pros:

Great location if a little noisey being on a busy road. Parking is great once you find it.

Cons:

We were on the top level and the stairs would not suit a lot of people. Would be good if it was mentioned in the description.

We needed somewhere close to the theatre with parking and that’s why we chose it.
Pros:

Location was ideal for our visit to the Theatre. Video with directions for parking was excellent. By chance we met a member of staff who was very helpful in taking us through the check in process.

Cons:

Two sets of stairs, room right above a very busy street which unfortunately spoiled the experience as traffic was constant.
Disappointing that the room beverage tray did not have tea bags, coffee yes but no tea.
