Close-ish to the train station. Room was comfortable.

Cons:

Got locked out of the building due to the host accidentally shortening our stay on the app used to provide access. Upon arrival there we no instructions for checkin or where to meet etc. No wine bottle opener. Shared bathroom. The walls were not very soundproofed; you could hear the people in nearby rooms.

L’habitació es trobava neta i en bones condicions.

Cons:

Vam tenir problemes per fer el check-in. El propietari no ens va donar pautes anteriors, en arribar t’has de ficar bé perquè pots passar fàcilment de llarg. El conserge ens va estar fent preguntes, fins que finalment vam poder contactar amb el propietari i a partir d’un enllaç, vam poder fer el check-in i ens van donar els codis i enllaços pertinents per a entrar. Tot funciona per codis i no per claus, en un inici és una mica complicat d’entendre i gestionar (envien una videos per ajudar-te en el procés, que faciliten força). A més, el lloc, tot i ser relativament a prop d’una estació de tren, no és cèntric (la zona és bona, no tens sensació d’inseguretat).

Buena estancia
Pros:

El aire acondicionado, la limpieza, en general la estancia. No coincidimos con nadie en las habitaciones, estábamos solamente nosotros hospedados.

Cons:

Una ducha es mas pequeña que la otra y en una perdía agua, pero sin problema.

Cons:

Host unreachable before the journey, so impossibility to organize.
The D-Day, still with no news, he comes 3 hours late. had to wait for him.
Room not well prepared, he was finishing it in front of us. I have some doubts the bed sheets were changed....
After the journey, promise some receipt, but do not edit them, had to call him several time with each time a promise of being done. Finally decided to ghost me instead of editing receipt.

Superb
Pros:

The apartment was very clean. There is a fridge and an air conditioning in the room. The bathrooms are shared but they were kept clean. The location is great, close to the train station, as well as the major sites.

Cons:

The check-in instructions were not sent to us prior to the arrival, so make sure you ask for it in case the host forgets to send them to you in advance. There are no bathroom appliances provided (shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer) except the soap. The rooms don't have good noise isolation, so you might hear other tenants moving around the apartment during the night. Overall enjoyed but it's a bit expensive for what it is.
