Lovely! It was comfortable and cozy.
Pros:

It was great because you can see all the effort the staff is putting in accommodating the guests. There are new improvements and renovations and they are trying to increase the comfort. Really nice. We liked that.

Cons:

Unfortunately other guests are smoking in the public areas or in the rooms and that's not nice for the other guests and especially for the hotel. It's not fair for the staff that's trying their best to provide a really nice experience.

Удобная кровать, большой номер, тепло зимой, большой балкон.

Cons:

Душ в ванной протекал и весь пол был в воде. Стены тонкие, слышно соседей. В соседнем номере курили и очень воняло табаком. Неудобная парковка, ночью не видно и упёрся машиной в рампу и помял багажник. Рампа не освещена, нет отражателей, камера заднего вида ее не видит т.к. рампа выше

Din păcate, un sejur neplăcut, cu atitudine respingătoare la recepție și fără apă caldă.

Cons:

Din păcate, experiența noastră la acest hotel a fost una neplăcută, în principal din cauza atitudinii angajatei de la recepție. La orice întrebare adresată, eram trimiși în altă parte, fără a primi un răspuns clar sau ajutor real.

La check-in ni s-a cerut taxa de oraș în valoare de 10 lei, însă ni s-a spus că nu se poate oferi bon fiscal, deși această taxă ar trebui încasată pentru primărie.

Tot angajata de la recepție ne-a spus că nu se înțelege cu cei de la restaurant și ne-a sugerat să mergem să mâncăm în altă parte, ceea ce este total nepotrivit pentru un hotel care oferă astfel de servicii.

În plus, seara nu a existat apă caldă, lucru complet inacceptabil pentru o unitate de cazare.

Per total, atitudinea a fost una respingătoare, având impresia că personalul își dorea mai degrabă să plecăm, deși aveam rezervare confirmată. O experiență care lasă mult de dorit.

Beklentimin üstünde temiz ve konforluydu, şehir merkezine oldukça uzak genel olarak beğendim.
Pros:

Temizdi, odalar büyüktü ve konforluydu, açıkcası bu kadar beklemiyordum. Park alanı mevcut isterseniz otelin önüne isterseniz arkadaki alana park edebiliyorsunuz.

Cons:

Balkon var, kapalı balkon sadece camı var ancak sigara içmek kesinlikle yasak. Sigara içmek için otelin önüne çıkmanız gerekiyor. Konumu şehir merkezine çok uzak altınızda aracınız yoksa ve şehiri gezecekseniz toplu taşımayla helak olursunuz. Arabayla da 25-30dk kadar sürüyor. Çalışanlar çok iyi olmasada ingilizce biliyorlar ancak biraz suratsızlar.
