Pros:

Wir haben hier 5 Nächte verbracht und haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt. Für die Restauration des Gebäudes und Zimmer haben die Besitzer wirklich gut investiert und alles geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Unser Zimmer hatte auch eine kleine Küchenzeile mit Herd, Mikrowelle und Kaffeemaschine. Begeistert waren wir auch vom Bad mit Bodenheizung. Im Bett haben wir himmlisch geschlafen. Die Kommunikation lief über WhatsApp. Chiara war äusserst freundlich, hilfsbereit und hat immer sehr schnell geantwortet. Das war absolut top. Wir haben uns auch auf dem Zimmer 2 Massagen (gegen Aufpreis) gegönnt, die uns Chiara vermittelt hat. Auch diese können wir nur wärmstens empfehlen. Diese waren absolut professionell und entspannend! Auch das private SPA hatten wir (gegen Aufpreis) genutzt. Frühstück ist inklusive. Man bekommt Voucherkarten, die man in allen umliegenden Bars/Restaurants einlösen kann.
Wir hatten uns überwiegend für das Café del Borgo entschieden, dass nur 2 Minuten von der Unterkunft entfernt lag, weil wir dort die heimische Atmosphäre, den sehr freundlichen Service und das Frühstück mochten.
Wir haben uns in allem sehr wohl gefühlt! Danke!🙏

Pros:

Ottima ristrutturazione, la camera affidataci era strutturalmente comoda e tranquilla

Cons:

Su booking in fase di prenotazione non è chiarito che : 1) il check in è un self check in, non c'è dunque personale presente in struttura (mai incontrato nessuno del personale); 2) viene detto che la colazione è inclusa, ma in realtà bisogna uscire dalla struttura e recarsi presso un bar della zona a far colazione. Mia moglie è celiaca e questo è stato un ulteriore e rilevante problema; 3) non è precisato che non vengono fatte le pulizie della camera e del bagno e avendo noi soggiornato due notti questo è stato un aggiuntivo punto debole, anche in considerazione del prezzo pagato che non è eclatante, ma neanche indifferente e richiederebbe maggior cura nei dettagli; 4) alcune delle prese elettriche in camera non funzionavano, in particolare quelle accanto al letto, mentre le prese USB non prevedono la micro USB, quindi inutilizzabili per il mio cellulare; 5) la cucinetta è totalmente sfornita praticamente di tutto, insomma il minimo sindacale per poter dire che sia provvista di cucina; 6) WIFI DRAMMATICA ! talvolta funziona se sei a meno di 2 metri dal ripetitore, se passi nella zona letto diventa totalmente non funzionante e considerato che nel paese sembra funzionare un solo operatore telefonico e dati (ovviamente non il mio), mi sono trovato in grosse difficoltà; 7) non c'erano cuscini aggiuntivi disponibili ho dovuto richiederli espressamente per averli.

Pros:

Chiara è stata molto gentile nelle spiegazioni e nell' accoglienza.
Lucignano è un borgo molto carino, di strada per visitare città nei dintorni.
L'hotel era accogliente anche se un po' buio per i nostri gusti

Cons:

Avremmo preferito la pulizia quotidiana della stanza

A perfect upscale apartment in a charming village.
Pros:

We chose Lucignano for our stay because we had visited Tuscany before and wanted the experience of a smaller village. It turned out to be the perfect solution to the busyness of Tuscany. The apartment was excellent. High-end fixtures, lots of space, a very comfortable bed, and chairs in the living room we wanted to bring home. The kitchen was compact and very practical, we loved how we could hide it away behind folding doors. The AC was top notch - given our other experiences on our trip this one was so great - not loud and perfectly controlled. We think that the designer had a lighting background because the lighting was sooooo good! If you’re looking for an extremely comfortable (and affordable!) stay away from the hustle that you can come home to and sink into luxury with a lovely bottle of wine this is your spot! Special note - the villagers were very welcoming and over our 3 day stay, we felt at home.

Cons:

We loved everything but if we had to pick one thing, the bathroom, while designed more for style than privacy, was something we grew to love. The only thing missing was a full-length mirror.

We have had a lovely stay.
Pros:

Very cozy hotel in the heart of Tuscany, in a very picturesque authentic village. We enjoyed the views, local attractions and cuisine. Chiara welcomming. She was always in touch, helped us resolve all issues regarding accommodation and gave us recommendations on choosing places with good cuisine.

Cons:

A wardrobe would be useful. It is not very convenient to store things in a suitcase.

SOGGIORNO DI DESIGN E RILASSANTE
Pros:

Posizione ottima in centro storico, il parcheggio riservato è a due passi. Struttura nuova e molto curata, spa esclusiva spettacolare. Ottimo angolo cucina a disposizione. Chiara sempre disponibile, veloce nelle risposte a qualsiasi orario via whatsapp.

Cons:

Non è un hotel e quindi la biancheria non viene cambiata ogni giorno, se non a pagamento. Magari non farei passare tre giorni per il cambio ma solo un paio di giorni.

Pros:

Vermieterin war äußerst kooperativ und sehr freundlich. Kontakt fand nur per WhatsApp statt. Zimmer ist toll und modern designt und die Klimaanlage ist neu und sehr effizient. Der ganze Innenbereich ist sehr schön gemacht.

Cons:

Es gab keinen Schrank oder eine Möglichkeit seine Sachen zu verstauen. Nur so etwas wie eine Garderobenstange. Selbst im Bad gab es nur einen einzigen Handtuchhalter und die Anordnung der Toilette ist mir zu wenig diskret.

Pros:

Beautiful renovated apartment in an amazing Tuscan town Lucignano. We did not meet the owner, but communication with him was easy. After he opens main door and door of your apartment there is card inside that you use as a key for both doors. We had breakfast in a place nearby (you get voucher card for it), you also have nice restaurants there but don't forget to make a reservation before as we did, especially on weekends. Parking is outside the historic centre, lots od free space to find.
We really loved our stay!!
