Pros:

Отличное место в 5 Минутах ходьбы до Регистана, в день приезда попал на семейное мероприятие, накормили до отвала включая самый вкусный плов, который готовил местный чемпион страны по плововарению. В день выезда задержался до 10 вечера, и все это абсолютно бесплатно.

Cons:

Не всегда была горячая вода

Pros:

Очень удобное местоположение . До главной площади 5 мин пешком . Дом сам просто роскошный . Очень внимательная и заботливая семья , всегда напомнят про воду , предложат чай и кофе . А завтраки просто великолепные . Номера большие , просторные . А кровать настолько удобная , что их нее не хотелось вылезать . Мы остались в полном восторге ! Спасибо большое

Pros:

Очень гостеприимные хозяева. Встретили, напоили чаем с дороги, организовали доставку обеда! Уютный гостевой дом. Очень чисто, рядом с площадью Регистан. Находится в старом квартале, с узкими улочками- лабиринтами. В этом есть свой особый колорит. Спасибо большое хозяевам за хороший отдых.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this family guest house. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and you really feel like part of the family. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and well maintained. Breakfast was homemade and delicious, with special touches that made us feel cared for.

The location is perfect (quiet, but still close to Registan Square), and the hosts went above and beyond to help me.

Pros:

Если бы можно было поставить больше звезд; поставил бы еще больше! Расположение ОЧЕНЬ удачное: 7 минут пешком до Регистана и пешком можно дойти до других достопримечательностей. Рядом куча кафе на любой кошелек.

Отдельное спасибо хочу сказать хозяину за то, что позволил остаться, несмотря на время выезда, денег не брал. Всегда по приходу домой спрашивал буду ли я чай/кофе. Завтраки были с 8 до 11 утра, очень вкусные и сытные. Сервис на уровне, очень благодарен всей семье, что приютили!

Если буду еще когда-нибудь в Самарканде, обязательно заеду именно в этот гостевой дом!

Pros:

A beautiful homestay run by a lovely family! The hosts were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was excellent. There is tea and coffee any time you want.

Cons:

No AC in the room, but the powerful fan worked well.

Once we settled people were lovely and breakfast great.

Cons:

Initially we were taken to the alternative accommodation and it wasn't up to the standard we expected and not what we have booked. Second option was really good, especially kindness of people and the breakfast.

Excellent location less than ten mins from the registan. Shahi zinda also 20 mins walk. Owner was great, very hospitable. Great breakfast too

Pros:

First of all, the location was very close to the center. We reached the Registan square in 10 minutes. The breakfast was also very good. The owner of the hotel and his son were very hospitable. They always offered tea, fruit and other items. They were very helpful in everything. Thank you for everything. I recommend it to everyone.

A fabulous stay all-round, if we visit Samarkand again we shall certainly return!
Pros:

The owner couldn't have been more lovely and welcoming! He greeted us with warmth and was eager to answer all of our questions about the city. The room was spacious and clean with a fantastic bathroom, including an amazing shower and huge bath. The location is ideal, we walked to all of the main sites within ten minutes.

Cons:

I have no suggestions for improvement.

Good value for money within walking distance of Registon square
Pros:

Great host always ready to help answer questions and he made us feel quite welcome on his property. This is a family run property and everyone seems service oriented. The breakfast wasn’t a a large assortment but we found it wholesome with a choice of eggs ,bread, fruits, cold cuts , porridge and also the tea/ coffee counter is always on .
Rooms were decent sized and clean ( so were the linens ).
Registon square entrance was approx a 10 min walk from this property - this feature ( location) stood out for us for sure .

Cons:

The house is in a narrow alley - that didn’t bother us not the cab drivers . We just walked out a few mins to book our cabs so save the drivers time from navigating the by lanes immediately leading to the house .

Family run hotel with perfect location
Pros:

Family run hotel. Very well equipped and elegant. Everyone tried very hard to make us feel comfortable in their hotel.
Perfect location - very close to Registan.
Very rich breakfast - every day there was something different warm to eat.

Cons:

We missed air conditioning. At night it was no problem, because in Samarkand it cools down even in August, but during the day it was a bit of an inconvenience.

Great for a quick day or two in Samarakand but not convenient to carry around 2,000,000 som or more for longer stay.
Pros:

Great location and friendly and helpful family staff

Cons:

No kettle in room for morning coffee (carry my own) have to go to lobby for hot water. No phone in room, no T.v in room, wi-fi is sparatic. Cash Only.. no credit cards
