It was a great experience. If I come back to this city in the future, I’d definitely stay here again.
Pros:

The manager and staff were all very professional, polite, and patient.
Even though we ran into an issue and had to change room, but they handled everything wonderfully.
We really felt their thoughtfulness and care.

Cons:

I think there’s still a lot of room for improvement in the venue part.
