Good location for staying
Pros:

Staff is helpful to assist me to reserve a cheap taxi to the airport. Breakfast is good with coffee machine and ordered omelet. Location is near all view sites.

Cons:

WiFi is only available on ground floor.

Great location and atmosphere, but technical issues and especially the lack of Wi-Fi seriously affected the stay.
Pros:

The hotel has a great location — you can easily walk to most places in the city. The atmosphere is very nice, with a unique interior in a traditional national style. We also really appreciated that we were allowed to check in earlier than the official check-in time, as we arrived in the morning. The breakfast is decent — not amazing, but not bad either, and everyone can find something to eat.

Cons:

Some parts of the hotel clearly need renovation. The rain shower in the bathroom is not working properly and leaks from the top. Some sockets are loose and should be fixed. There are also issues with the water heaters — hot water in the shower takes a few minutes to start running, while in the sink it works immediately.
However, the biggest issue is the Wi-Fi. It was not working at all, even in the lobby. I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known that there would be no internet. It seems like a temporary problem because the network is visible and you can connect, but there is no actual internet access.

Pros:

Lovely decor, close to city centre, very helpful staff. Beka, the receptionist, helped us organise an amazing 2 day tailored tour with her brother as a driver - would definitely recommend her tours and staying at Navat

Absolutely everything 💯❤️! Beautiful hotel. Never been in a hotel like it. The interior the exterior and of course the staff, being so helpful.
Great location for everything. Id advise anyone going to Bishkek to stay here.
Bishkek itself is so friendly and has everything. Culture, history, restaurants, bars you name it

Probably the best hotel I've ever stayed in...!
Pros:

The decor and lovely lights and carpets were amazing. My room was huge with a massive balcony overlooking the park. Breakfast was lovely Staff were great.. Very central. Opera house across the road. I loved this place and will stay again whenever in Bishkek!

Cons:

Maybe turn the heating down a bit! Ha ha.
