위치는 만족, 그 외는 아쉬움이 큰 숙소(Great Location, But Disappointing Overall Stay)
Pros:

버스정류장이 바로 뒤에 있어 접근성이 매우 좋았고, 숙소 근처에 덕진공원이 있어 산책하기에도 좋았습니다. 위치 면에서는 만족스러웠습니다.
The location was very convenient, with a bus stop right behind the property and Deokjin Park nearby for a pleasant walk. In terms of accessibility, I was quite satisfied.

Cons:

하지만 전반적인 숙박 경험은 아쉬웠습니다. ‘호텔’이라는 이름을 사용하고 있지만, 과거 모텔로 운영되던 곳이라 방음이 매우 부족했습니다. 신음 소리, 복도에서의 웃음소리, 외부의 소음까지 방 안에서 그대로 들렸습니다. 또한 모텔 특성상 체크인은 오후 7시 이후에만 가능했고, 그 전에는 대실 운영으로 인해 이용이 불가능했습니다.

화장실 문은 유리로 되어 있고 반투명 시트지만 붙어 있어 사용할 때 내부가 거의 다 보이는 점도 불편했습니다. 청소 상태 역시 만족스럽지 못했으며, 방 안에서 깎인 발톱이 발견되어 위생 상태가 의심스러웠습니다. 1층 프런트 직원의 응대도 일반적인 호텔 서비스보다는 모텔에 가까운 느낌이었습니다.

제가 방문한 시기는 성수기였는지 가격이 매우 높았는데, 그에 비해 시설이나 서비스의 수준은 너무 아쉬웠습니다. 위치만 중요하게 생각하신다면 고려해볼 수 있겠지만, 조용하고 깔끔한 숙소를 기대하신다면 추천하기 어렵습니다.

However, the overall experience left much to be desired. Although the place is labeled as a “hotel,” it clearly used to operate as a motel, and the soundproofing was severely lacking. I could hear moaning, laughter from the hallway, and loud conversations from outside very clearly inside the room.

Check-in was only available after 7 PM due to the rooms being used for short-term stays during the day, which is typical for motels. The bathroom door was made of glass with just a semi-transparent film, making it very uncomfortable to use, as the interior was mostly visible.

Cleanliness was also an issue — I even found clipped toenails on the floor, raising concerns about hygiene. The front desk staff on the first floor had more of a motel-style attitude rather than providing professional hotel service.

I happened to visit during what seemed to be a peak season, and the price was quite high. Unfortunately, the quality of the facilities and service did not match the cost at all. If location is your top priority, this place might work for you — but if you’re looking for a quiet, clean, and professional hotel experience, I wouldn’t recommend it.

화장실이 넓고 깔끔함. 스타일러스 굿.

Cons:

올라와있는 사진과 다름. 청결도 떨어짐. 가운에서 땀냄새남.
