Pros:

You can see the South Alps from your room, and the view is gorgeous. There is a table and two chairs in the room, and it is quite spacious compared with typical hotel rooms in Japan. So after buying dinner from the supermarket, we can comfortably enjoy our meal in the room. MUJI and a large supermarket are located right next to the hotel, and the staff are extremely friendly.
Kamisuwa is just one station away from Chino, so it’s very convenient to visit both places while staying in Chino.

Cons:

There are not many options for dinner. Even near Chino Station, there aren’t many restaurants open.

Pros:

車でも電車でもとてもアクセスがよく周辺にはコンビニもスーパーも薬局もあり車で10分の地点には食事処も揃っている通りまで迎えます。

従業員の人も皆さん愛想がよくとても良い接客をしていたように見えました。
フロントにおりて少し自販機でQRコードを使った音だけでもすぐに裏から出てきてくださり使い終わったカードを受け取ってくださったりチェックアウト時にカードを置いとくだけで良いとの話でしたがそれでもすぐに出てきてくださり「ありがとうございます」と見送ってくださりました。

ホテル内ではウェルカムドリンクとして特殊なQRコード付きのカードをいただけます。それを使って隣の自販機から好きな飲み物を一つ無料で買うことができるシステムです。種類も豊富でペットボトルでなのですぐに飲まずともチェックアウトまでに購入すれば良いので好きなタイミングで貰うことができます。

アメニティは1階のフロントに揃っていて必要な分を自分で部屋へ持っていくシステムで欲しいアメニティを選べるので分かりやすいです。

部屋もとても清潔で静かなお部屋でした。窓から見える景色は部屋によってマチマチですが気にしないのであればどこの部屋でも十二分に満足できます。
ユニットシャワーで湯船は無いですがレインシャワーで他では味わえない新鮮で楽しいお風呂になりました。

次、長野に遊びに行くことがあれば是非また泊まりたいと思います。

清潔。静か。

Cons:

室内の説明書きが不足している。USB充電の場所や室内灯の場所が最初分からなかった。シャワーしかないのは承知していたが、天井からのシャワーがあるとは気がつかず、水を浴びてしまった。小さい文字でシャワールームに記載はあったが、浴びたあと気がついた。

可もなく不可も無く
Pros:

朝食の設定が無い状態で予約した為、こちらのホテルでは朝食の提供はあったのかは分かりませんが、朝食の提供が有ると快適度が上昇すると思います。

Cons:

部屋の床がぼこぼこしていた。ドライヤーはナノケアだと助かる。
シャワー水量が弱い。
