Location and staff.

Cons:

Room to close to the outside type generator/fan. Made it noisy at night. Bed linen tired and mattress felt lumpy due to protector sheet.
Sink and shower plumbing needed attention as running slowly.

Great stay with a lively pub downstairs!
Pros:

The room was great, featuring a comfortable bed, a kettle, and a nice shower with good water pressure. The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to reach everything. The pub downstairs is also a big plus and very convenient.
We loved our stay and would definitely book this hotel again when we return to Dublin!

Just a heads-up: there is no breakfast at the hotel. They suggest the Bakehouse next door, but if you like a proper, beautiful breakfast, it might not be for you, since they serve everything in paper and the coffee was a bit disappointing.

Cons:

The only small detail is that there was only one chair in the room; it would be nice to have two chairs when staying as a couple.

L emplacement super . Immeuble typique et plein de charme. Équipé très sympa.
L etablissement et les chambres sont très propres

Cons:

J ai trouvé que la chambre etait humide.
J avoue que nous aurions apprécié que l hôtel est la possibilité d'avoir un petit déjeuner inclus. Mais sinon nous recommandons +++++car vraiment super hotel.

Pros:

Great location for the 3arena, close enough to everything without being in the middle of it. Spacious comfortable rooms and the staff were so friendly and helpful

No food, but so much choice near by it didn’t impact our stay

Amazing would definitely recommend to stay

was very easy to get to and close to the 3 arena as we were staying up for a concert

Cons:

out of laziness the stairs with suitcases was a killer but other than that couldn’t fault anything

Pros:

the location was great, the 3arena itself is a close walk as well as temple bar. safe enough streets and bar staff incredibly helpful in terms of reservation details. very happy to stay here again in the future.

Cons:

no complaints other than the bar downstairs however that's unavoidable and to be expected. not too loud but not too quiet either.

Toller Aufenthalt
Pros:

Neu renovierte und stylisch eingerichtet Zimmer. Sauber und gepflegt. Hygieneartikel, Kaffee + Tee, Fön und Bügeleisen im Zimmer. Zimmer über der Bar, was nicht gestört hat.
Sehr gemütliche Bar mit freundlichem Personal.
Durften die Koffer nach dem check out dort aufbewahren.
Ins Zentrum gute 20-25 Minuten zu Fuß.
