Great location, close to the busy areas but off to the side a little. Great shops in the street with local artistic creations
Asked about a refrigerator and got one
Staff always available, helpful and friendly, was able to check in early

Pros:

Room was spacious and clean so was the bathroom
Owners are really friendly - rooms are above a textiles/tailoring shop the family run
Laundry for 50k a kilo and offer tour and bus services too - were happy to look after our bags

Cons:

Would be a 10 but they gave didn’t have the double bed room we booked and had to stay in one with two beds instead

Pros:

Hôtel très bien situé près de la ville ancienne.
Les chambres sont propres et lumineuses et la literie confortable.
Les hôtes sont accueillants et très dévoués.
Cela fait plusieurs années que nous revenons à cet établissement.
Je recommande cette adresse.

Nette kamers, met goede ligging
Pros:

Fijne homestay, kamer werd elke dag schoongemaakt en ik kreeg schone handdoeken. De eigennaren zijn ook erg vriendelijk! De ligging is ook top je zit midden in de old-town en alles is eigenlijk prima beloopbaar.

Cons:

Er zaten wel kakkerlakken in de kamer, maar nadat de eigenaar deze weg had gehaald ze niet meer terug gezien. Is ook wel een beetje de natuur natuurlijk :)

Great location and great homestay
Pros:

Really friendly, all services available to book from the owners (transport, laundry, day trips etc) the homestay entrance is in the tailor shop, this confused us a little when we first arrived! Clean and comfortable beds!

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

We wish we spent a whole week here! The owners are very very sweet. We even had our wedding clothes made here during our stay, and she did a great job making sure we were happy with how they turned out.
We really couldn’t ask for a better location. Everything is in walking distance, but just far enough away from bars that it wasn’t noisy at night. All the food we had at all the restaurants on this street was incredible.
The room was very spacious and clean. They also brought us new towels and emptied our trash daily.

Cons:

The bed could have been a bit more comfortable, but we slept just fine.
Also, this is not the fault of the Homestay at all, but their neighbors have a chicken that was pretty obnoxious… but it’s not in their control of course.

Pros:

Отличное расположение. По цена/качество - это был, хоть и очень скромный, но хороший вариант, тем более, что бронировала я его в последний момент (из-за погоды отменилась поездка на остров, поэтому осталась в Хойане дольше, чем планировала, а в ранее забронировангом отеле мест уже не было). Приятный персонал

Cons:

Очень жёсткий матрас (утром просыпалась с больной спиной, но в течение дня все проходило). Общий балкон на два номера, который нужно делить с соседями, что мешало приватности и не давало возможности оставить открытую на балкон дверь (ибо с соседнего номера через балкон можно попасть в номер).

המון מדרגות עם עגלת תינוק והיו שיפוצים ליד אז כל בוקר התעוררו בשש. גם אין תריסים אז שמש מוקדם בבוקר

Pros:

L emplacement à même pas 5 mn de la vieille ville mais dans un quartier plutôt calme.La gentillesse des propriétaires. La propreté des chambres et le confort du lit ainsi que sa grandeur

Cons:

Le chant du coq a 3h du matin et le haut parleur ( Du parti communiste ?) à 5h00 le dimanche...mais les propriétaires n y sont pour rien...
