Pros:

Great central location in town ; very kind staff ; clean & comfy rooms (excellent after a long hiking trip) ; wifi was perfect & breakfast spread was good

Pros:

Everything from facilities to staff's friendliness.

Cons:

There was nothing I did not like about the hotel itself. The lack of visual attractivity of the city of Osh and its very hot weather are not within the responsibilities of this lovely hotel. Unfortunately we had to stay in Osh more than we should and the hotel' great sense of comfort compensated for us lack of fun from the city itself.

Pros:

Great location in Osh, close to restaurantes, coffee places and the entrance to Saliman too site. Clean room and comfortable bed. It was perfect for me after hiking in Sary Mogul area :)
They also did laundery for me, which was ready on the same day.

Cons:

Nothing at all :)

Bed was extremely comfortable and room and toilet were spacious.

Norvolt (I'm sorry for the wrong spelling) and the girl at reception were nice.

Laundry ready in only a few hours.

Good location.

Cons:

One of the guys at reception (slim with glasses) was very unfriendly and he did not even want to do his job. He definitely should not be working in a hotel. At some point I gave up and I went back to reception a few hours later when there was another person who was actually competent.

My bedsheets had a few small stains. I want to believe those were permanent and I hope they changed the bedsheets before I checked in... I did not say anything when I arrived because I was exhausted and I only wanted to sleep.

Huge carpets in the room with big stains. The room would be much nicer and hygienic without those carpets.

The room was cleaned superficially as there was dust on the surfaces, tea pot and spoons were dirty, and toilet needed a deeper clean.

Window was broken.

Bread for breakfast was hard like a stone.
