The location, the price and very affordable laundry service.
The hotel was out of water for a couple of hours and the staff who was there didn’t want to give us a big bottle of water and we had to negotiate hard just to have some more free drinking water. Fortunately water came back after a few hours.

It’s a nice cozy boutique hotel, one block begin a Main Street with intense traffic, thus quiet enough thanks to the building in front of it and a small garden around! Many thanks to the reservations to allocate to me at my request the most quiet room they had, which was comfortable, well equipped & rather spacious! Breakfast was a good buffet, while some variety day-to-day would be highly recommended for guests who stay more than 2 nights (like major part of the tourists₽ but 5 or more like myself. Personnel was in the most part (especially breakfast ladies & some of the receptionists) were very welcoming, hospitable & helpful! Thank you…
The main problem came on FRI night at about 04:00🕓 in the morning when three of the hotel guests returned and were loudly talking in the entrance for at least ten minutes waking up other guests and then loud (long walking in & out of the hotel slamming the doors very noisily! Reception guy on duty didn’t notice them & didn’t try to stop such harmful behavior disturbing other guest (was soundly asleep ?!)

Why you dont turn off the lights of the hall? The doors are made of glass and all the light is inside the room unfortunately

I came with a dog, as Booking said the hotel is pet friendly. At 1a.m. receptionist came to say that we should get out because dogs are not allowed. I of course did not, and the assault lasted for an hour.
The location is excellent. The beds and sheets are very comfortable. Staff at the reception speaks a bit of English.
My room had a glazed door, and there were lights on all night in the corridor, so I had to sleep with lights on. As far as I know, it is the only room like that.
Also, WiFi was not very stable.
The breakfast, we have booked three rooms one of them wasn't ready upon our arrival.
