extremly disappointed
Cons:

I paid for breakfast for 2 people for 2 days
No info given and when asked told the chef off sick, i tried numerous times to get a refund, and they were unable to do this despite giving three different card details.

Pros:

Receptionist was friendly and got our keys
Clean towels, bed and room. Room refreshments and shower had liquid soap

Cons:

Towel poll hanger was damaged and hanging off. Hot water took a long time to warm up and was weak. No pole in the cupboard to hang my coat

Overall, the hotel was a useful place to stay for a few nights at a cheap price and had lovely staff.

Pros:

Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable room. From reception staff to cleaners everybody has helped me, as a disabled man things can be hard, but they made my stay comfortable. I shall definitely return!
