Location is very good
Proper arrangement of foods for kids and room space..
Nothing.
We arrived after 12 hours travelling to find they'd given the room we booked to someone else despite us communicating in the day, that we were on our way. They eventually came up with a small room with no window which smelt of damp as soon as the door was opened to it. There was also a lot of very visible damp on the walls.
Staff didn't care or apologise in any way.
If we could give a very negative score, we would.

Location, staff and convenience.
Can be more clean but was fine.
Even prior request and several reminders they provide me 3 rooms and all on different floors. Also Air conditioned wasn't working and when i complaint about same they simply said due to electricity they can not provide air conditioner. no toiletries neither drinking water. Wastage of money and time.
