Pros:

The room was clean, modern and things were in good condition. Bed was comfortable and staff were there to meet us on arrival. Breakfast included was very nice. Parking available across the street was convenient. Apartment also close to downtown area.Staff were friendly.

Cons:

The rooms are on the ground floor with no view of the lake. Room felt like a box, slightly claustrophobic.No view from window apart from side of building. Hard to communicate with breakfast staff. Lots of bright LED lights everywhere.

η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, το δωμάτιο καθαρό αλλά δεν έχει κρεμάστρες και ούτε κάπου να απλώσεις εξω. Το πρωινό μέτριο αλλά η κυρία που το ετοίμαζε ήταν πολύ καλή και εξυπηρετική. η τοποθεσία ήταν πολύ καλή, το δωμάτιο καθαρό αλλά δεν έχει κρεμάστρες και ούτε κάπου να απλώσεις εξω. Το πρωινό μέτριο αλλά η κυρία που το ετοίμαζε ήταν πολύ καλή και εξυπηρετική.

Η συμπεριφορά του προσωπικού, εκτός της κυρίας στο πρωινό, απογοητευτική. Δεν μιλούσαν αγγλικά και ούτε είχαν καμία διάθεση για συνεννόηση. Ενώ δεν μας είχαν ειδοποιήσει ότι θα πρέπει να πληρώσουμε μετρητά και μάλιστα τους είχαμε πει ότι θέλουμε να πληρώσουμε με κάρτα, τελευταία στιγμή μας ενημέρωσαν ότι ήταν οΜΟΝΟΣ τρόπος πληρωμής, και μάλιστα κατά τη διάρκεια του πρωινού ήταν η κοπέλα της ρεσεψιον από «πάνω μας» μήπως και φύγουμε χωρίς να πληρώσουμε, πράγμα αρκετά προσβλητικό. Αυτό ειχε ως αποτέλεσμα να ψάχνουμε να κάνουμε ανάληψη, να χρεωθούμε επιπλέον χρήματα και να καθυστερήσουμε στην αναχώρηση μας και στο γενικότερο πρόγραμμά μας. Δυστυχώς η τελευταία εικόνα και αίσθηση που μας άφησε το κατάλυμα ήταν απογοητευτική .

Parking soit disant gratuit : nous avons garé la voiture dans la rue, nous avons prévenu la dame de l'accueil qui nous a répondu qu'il n'y avait pas de problème. Le lendemain nous avions un ticket sur la voiture pour payer le stationnement
Comme convenu lors de notre arrivée nous avions pourtant envoyé un message avec le numéro de la plaque d'immatriculation, aucune réponse reçue. Le lendemain matin nous avons demandé s'il le message avait bien été reçu, une nouvelle fois oui pas de problème. Pas de problème mais nous avons tout de même du payer le parking!
Nous avons réservé une grande chambre, on nous a donné une petite, il a fallu réclamer
Il est indiqué sur la description de l'hôtel que nous pouvons payer par carte or cela nous a été refusé, que du cash. Nous avons dû aller faire un retrait donc nous avons eu des frais
Il a fallu reprendre la dame sur le prix demandé pour la chambre, elle demandait un prix plus élevé que sur booking. Puis la conversion euros à leke n'était pas faite, nous étions donc perdant
Malgré le sourire, à fuir!

When we arrived, there was only auxiliary staff to help us with the check-in. When we asked for the parking, they told us in front of the hotel. We parked in the street. There was plenty of space. The next morning, we found a receipt for 50 Leke (60 USD cents) for the first hour of parking. We did not mind paying that amount. Later, we discovered there was another park-ish area just crossed the street, but we do not know if it was administered by the municipality or not, (free or paid).

Breakfast was very ok for the structure size, and the price we paid. I do not understand the making it an issue in the reviews. They even served Albanian homemade donuts. It was served inside ( 5-6 tables) and outside in a nice yard (it did not have a lot of flowers, so you cannot call it a garden), but it had shade and was cool... very ok overall.

Cons:

We arrived tired and checked in after 4 pm. Our room faced an inner garden of a neighbour. We thought to sleep for an hour and go out in the city. Just after falling asleep, the neighbour, a woodworker, started working on a cupboard, and the noise had ups and downs. For us, this was bearable, but you should know.

At 5:30 am in the morning, there was a blackout in the neighbourhood. The absence of power triggered the fire alarm (the noise for no power). It was just 5 minutes, but the worst of my life. Please, hotel staff, put some batteries in that fire alarm, as blackouts are somehow common in our country.

Despite all of the above, I had a very nice experience with the staff and would return again... only if they put batteries in the fire alarm :).
