Un angolo di paradiso sulla terra!!
Pros:

Siamo stati una settimana con la famiglia e ci siamo trovati molto bene! Il personale è stato molto gentile e disponibile, l'hotel è molto pulito e con tutti i comfort(avevamo acqua e cambio salviette tutti i giorni)Molto carini e gentili i ragazzi del team di escursioni (Mahi Mahi)
Il buffet ricco e variegato, una menzione particolare a Sonni(Sandro) gentile e disponibile!

Cons:

Unica nota stonata da segnalare i sacchi di sabbia macellati/consumati sul battigia.

Sehr gutes Frühstück und hübsche Zimmer! Toller und freundlicher Service. Wir würde zurück kommen

Die liegen zum Stand sind sehr voll gewesen und einige Gäste fangen schon an dann vor dem Frühstück zu reservieren.

Geweldige locatie en prachtig hotel. Leukste en mooiste plekje op het eiland van dhiffushi. Het personeel is vriendelijk en professioneel en helpt je overal bij. Er zijn meerdere restaurants die bij het hotel horen waar je zeer goed kunt eten. Een aanrader!

Buona, abbondantee diversificata la colazione e la cena. Bella la struttura e ben tenuta con sdraio e lettini sufficienti. Bella la piscina a sbalzo sul tetto dove rilassarsi al tramonto peccato l'idromassaggio fuori uso. Prenotato con loro la speed boat sia all'andata che al ritornoa prezzi contenuti ed all'ora richiesta.

Cons:

La camera vista mare era laterale. Il mare si vedeva ma non frontalmente. Peccato i sacchi fronte mare oramai rotti che con la bassa marea rischiano di far inciampare. Peccato l'idromassaggio nella piscina sul tetto fosse fuori uso

Staff not very friendly, would not accommodate a slight request on ordering food.

The hotels organisational operation was faultless. Hotel was lovely and clean everywhere.

Cons:

Not what I expected. Is portrayed as being luxury but it does fall short of this. Sun loungers on the beach are basic - why no mattresses and why not enough for their hotel clients.

Apart from poor internet service the stay was fabulous.
Pros:

The location is just by the beach which is a plus. The staff were very accommodating.

Cons:

The internet service is very poor to say the least. Especially on the upper floors of the hotel. For 3 days the internet was poor except by the reception and places around the reception.

Nagyon jó a reggeli, ebéd, vacsora. A személyzet nagyon kedves volt, egy mosolyt mindig megejtettek felénk. Bármikor visszatérnék hozzájuk.

Cons:

Kicsit kicsi szobát kaptunk. A speedboat szervezése nem volt zökkenőmentes, szinte csak aznap tudják megmondani, mikor fog indulni, így aki ott tartózkodik izgul, hogy biztos visszajusson Male-ba.

Has potential but the staff is the worst I’ve ever encountered

It’s a BEAUTIFUL location and the hotel is very nicely designed. That’s all I liked (sadly - because the customer service was so so so lacking and I was verbally insulted by a man working at the front desk - I filed a complaint with the manager) it was truly one of the worst experiences and I have travels extensively to over 85 counties. The hotel is Lucky in not sharing exactly what happened. All I have to say is AVOID. This was my second time there and I will NEVER return after how I was treated.

Cons:

VERY disorganized front desk, VERY unprofessional staff.
I would avoid this hotel AT ALL COSTS. There are much better options different islands where you’re treated with kindness and respect. SADLY, the staff here aren’t properly trained and have no idea about proper hospitality and customer service. I also met several guests there who expressed the same thing. Save and spend your money elsewhere!!!!!
