Booked for standard double room but got the single room they are fooling the customer
Disappointing stay and food taste is also disgusting and not proper facility for tea or something other item

The rooms got through booking com were not up to the mark. We had to pay an additional amount to get better rooms. Others are advised to not go in for the rooms listed on booking.com

All was good
Breakfast were amazing with lot of buffet option, as well as you can book A La Carte for Braekfast as well. The amount of the food portion are large, 2 person can easily have with one order. They have very good kids option.
Location wise its really in nce place. the best thing about this hotel is the view. it is pretty near to the pony ride and local taxi stand. Staffs are also really helpful and nice.
-We get kehwa welcome drink unexpectedly which my children like it.
-Stand heater which is helpful.
Should include breakfast for the price paid. A simple breakfast will do.

Attitude,culture, staff are available only when u r vacating to carry your luggage to Car for a tip ,not available in the lounge,reception or restaurant
View from the window the mountain glacier the stream excellent .

Bathroom need to be a bit clean.
Hot water from geyser comes only from 6pm-12 noon, it's difficult to manage in a cool weather

The receptionist is more interested in playing with his smartphone. I am transparent. How curious!!

The location of the hotel is good.
TV's in both rooms were not working.
Washrooms were average.
Location, that's it. But then there are 20 different hotels in the same location.
- The food was aweful. They didn't had anything's good in breakfast, even the toaster was out of order. Just bread-butter and, noodles. I guess all the guests were severely disappointed.
- The room was very average. There was no plug point to turn the kettle ON, rather when asked with the staff they put it on the floor near the only plug point capable of running it. Pathetic
- The staff was rude, that's it. No other was to put it.
- The blankets and bed linings were looking as if not washed or put to sun for long time. We developed allergies post our stay.
All in all, at 6500 (excluding tax), this hotel was my worst mistake on the tour.
