Pros:

Disapoint by there is no TV in delux room and staff says they don't provide TV in room but in booking.com facilities list there is TV

Pros:

This property is cheaper if it is booked directly. Booking.com is charging a higher price. I didn't expect this. I will suggest to fellow travellers that they should not rely on the rates of this site only. I paid ₹4300 for 2 nights, but it was available at ₹3200. Room service is so-so. They are shortage of staff and cleanliness is an issue. Linen is not changed with the change of the guest and more surprisingly, they don't bother for it.
