The checkin even though should have been allowed at 10 wasn't available until 12 and checkout was asked at 5 instead of 6. The point is in a day boarding room available for 6 hours you must give 6 hours. Lastly, why did amenities have to be paid before hand was something I was unable to wrap my head around.
