Overall, the stay was average, but housekeeping needs significant improvement. When I checked in, there was leftover naan roti from a previous guest that had not been cleaned, which was unhygienic and disappointing. Additionally, the bathroom had poor drainage, causing water to accumulate on the floor during showers. I hope the hotel improves its cleaning standards and addresses the drainage issue to provide a better experience for future guests.

The reception staff was clueless. Had to wait 20-25 mins to check in and that too after a reminder 15 mins in.

A very efficiently run hotel, which has an excellent team running it, from the managers, kitchen teams, housekeeping.. efficient,friendly & a joy to be hosted by.
A little dated.. gym needed a little equipment maintenance, but the running of the place more than makes up for it
