Amazing staff, really helpful and friendly. Room was very nice, with a balcony and some western touch that were appreciated. Location is perfect the middle of Paro city center.
Just one note for the restaurant (breakfast and dinner), it is a vegetarian restaurant. Still very good food!
The location of the hotel is absolutely fantastic. You can literally step out and walk to the main town market, explore the shops, cafes and restaurants. And the view from the hotel rooms is also unobstructed; so you get to enjoy the sunrise and sunset.
Their kitchen closes pretty early in the night, around 8 pm, for orders. So you have to preplan things a little incase you want to dine in. Although there are several cafes and restaurants you can walk to if required.

En general el hotel esta muy bien, la habitacion es comoda, el personal muy atento, el desayuno es variado, el hotel esta ubicado en la calle principal de Paro, puedes ir caminado a la fortaleza
Great location in centre of Paro. Staff very helpful. They arranged our guide and driver beforehand and they are fantastic.
The room is looking a bit tired. And not too much choice for breakfast.
Centrally located. You can land in Paro, come out of the airport and then take a 500 NTU to be at the hotel in 5 min.

The room was warm & cosy and the water hot. The views down Paro valley were great. Excellent location in town - within walking distance to many things. The staff were so kind & generous, too. They helped us organise a driver & guide.

Very nice room, clean and comfortable with good views from the balcony. Cold at the time of my visit but the attentive staff ensured I was set up with a heater to keep warm.
