Przytulny hotel w sercu Stambułu
Pros:

Kumru Hotel położony jest bardzo blisko centrum Stambułu (jakieś 10 minut pieszo od hipodromu, Niebieskiego Meczetu i Hagia Sophia), w bocznej uliczce, dzięki czemu w nocy nie jest tak głośno. Dookoła jest wiele sklepów, kafejek i restauracji, a sam hotel oferuje tureckie śniadanie z rana (jest duży wybór produktów, każdy znajdzie coś dla siebie). Obsługa na medal – wszyscy są przyjaźni, uśmiechnięci i bardzo się starają, od panów na recepcji, po panią kucharkę i personel sprzątający.

Pokoje są czyste i wyposażone we wszystkie potrzebne przedmioty - jest lodówka i czajnik do herbaty. Materace bardzo wygodne, dobrze się na nich spało.

Spędziliśmy w tym hotelu cudowny, rodzinny tydzień. Z pewnością wrócimy, jeśli jeszcze kiedyś przyjedziemy do Stambułu.

Cons:

Zatyczki do uszu mogą się przydać, jeśli masz lekki sen – zza okna czasem słychać mewy i koty.

Wonderful family run hotel
Pros:

Clean, comfortable rooms and generous breakfast. Staff were friendly and very kind. Hotel is well situated, with easy access to Blue Mosque, Hagia Sofia, Grand Bazaar, etc.

Гостеприимный и комфортный отель в историческом районе Стамбула
Pros:

Отель расположен в колоритном районе Стамбула - Фатихе. Минут 10 пешком до основных достопримечательностей. Улочка тихая, внешних шумов практически не слышно. Но неподалеку много кафе и магазинчиков.
В отеле есть лифт, что особенно удобно при проживании на верхних этажах.
Интерьер отеля - не с "иголочки", но выполнен с душой, и история отеля только придает ему дополнительный шарм. В номере все работает, все функционально. Удобная кровать, мы прекрасно высыпались, единственное, хотелось бы, чтобы подушки были чуть потоньше.
Потрясающий персонал - вежливый, готовый помочь в решении любых проблем. Нам, например, пытались помочь найти электронную книжку, забытую в кармане междугороднего автобуса (звонили в колл-центр, сотрудники которого говорят исключительно на турецком). При заселении повысили категорию номера - мы бронировали стандарт, а нас заселили в большой семейный номер. Получилось отличное соотношение цена/качество.
На завтраки большой ассортимент блюд. Сыры, колбасы, овощи, фрукты, десерты. Была удивлена, обнаружив, что кофейные чашки марок Roberto Cavalli и Hermes, и выглядели они, действительно, очень симпатично.
Спасибо гостеприимному персоналу отеля, с удовольствием будем здесь останавливаться и в дальнейшем.

Хороший отель для непритязательного гостя.
Pros:

Очень отзывчивый и доброжелательный персонал, который всегда был на ресепшене и готов помочь в любом вопросе.

В номере регулярно убирали, поэтому он всегда был чистым.

Тихий исторический район. Можно было пешком дойти до главных достопримечательностей.

Завтрак не оставит вас голодным.

Cons:

Маленький номер. В ванной комнате было бы хорошо сделать ремонт.

Viešbutis ramioje, jaukioje vietoje, šalia parduotuvėlių ir kavinių (tik į centrą teks kasdien kilt stačiomis gatvėmis). Gavome kambarį, kuriame neveikė dušas, o už sienos dundėjo vamzdžiai, tačiau pasiskundę iškart gavome trigubai didesnį ir geresnį kambarį. Tiesa, jame neveikė televizorius, arbatinukas buvo aplūžęs ir sandariai neužsidarė langas, tačiau darbuotojų mandagumas, paslaugumas ir gera nuotaika kompensuoja mažus trūkumus. Kambariai labai švarūs, kasdien tvarkomi.

Pros:

Friendly personnel who is ready to help you; big, comfortable room. Cleaning is provided daily, with free bottles of water put by the cleaner. The room also has a kettle, tea bags and a small fridge. Good, full size mirror in the bedroom. Good shower and small bottles of shampoo, hair conditioner and shower gel can be found in the bathroom. Breakfast is varied and plentiful, you can always choose what to eat. Free bottles of water are provided by a cleaner daily.

Cons:

The hotel's personnel claims it is five star hotel. It is clearly not and far from it. Lots of things need to be refurbished and updated (e.g. ceiling in the bathroom which has leakage stains; bathroom door shown how many times the lock was replaced, etc). Hotel's description states that "breakfasts are served as an open buffet on the covered terrace accompanied with views of the city from above". While it is true that it is an open buffet and as pointed out above the selection of food is excellent, it was served on the low ground floor with no views of the city other than some rubbish kept in the corner and wonderful Istanbul cats who wondered around.
