All great apart from WiFi
Easy to access, clean room, good location
Tiny fridge which didn’t work, dark room & no wardrobe
Good location, lovely quiet location. Helpful staff
No parking included, spent £10 at a nearby car park.
Local to town
The heat, it was over 40 degrees and the window didn’t open much
Great location. Lovely rooms. Very well decorated. Comfy beds. Good tea and coffee facilities. Easy key collection. I’ve stayed several times and would do again.
Good location, clean room, clear easy to follow checking in instructions, comfy bed, well presented room on arrival.
Poor WiFi
Location is excellent.
Great decor
Comfy beds.
Didn’t like all the stairs to the top. Next time, I’ll need to book a ground floor room
Bed, coffee facilities, location
Bathroom, shower very cramped with door opening inwards and slippery base
From the point of booking to our actual stay the communication from the Clockhouse was great, very informative and responded quickly to all enquiries. The room itself was self check in accessed through security doors - from the main street. The appearance from the outside is clean quaint and in keeping with the area. The communal areas are well lit and very clean.
The room itself was absolutely lovely - the pictures on site don't really do it justice. The decor is beautiful with a period fireplace , stunning features and lovely personal touches. The bed was lovely and comfortable with quality bedding.
The selection of hot drinks available was extensive , including a coffee machine with a variety of pods to choose from. There was also bottled water and even a little fridge to chill them in. Plus several packs of biscuits. Plenty of towels supplied and toiletries.
There is also access to a lounge area on the ground floor - where there are comfortable seats to relax and a table where you can eat your own food. The lounge also has plenty of books that you can borrow to read.
All in all it was a perfect stay in a perfect location , in a very charming property. Would definitely stay again 🥰
nothing - perfect
Very comfortable
WiFi not very good
Great location. Very clean and tidy room.
Only small thing is creaking floor boards from apartment above and could hear the guy talking quite clearly. Minor issue but understandable in an old house.
Central location, clean and functional.
Good shower and comfortable bed
Nothing particularly
Our third stay at this location - ideal for our needs and not far from the local breakfast pub
Had a mini fridge added this year which was great. Easy to use shower and comfy bed
Clean, spacious & comfortable.
it was on the first floor not on ground floor like we said
be on the ground floor
We liked virtually everything about the property. It was very clean, well-equipped with a comfortable bed and easy-to-use shower. Excellent for our overnight stay in Bewdley and exactly as advertised..
There were three factors that stopped our review being perfect.
Car parking was a bit of a pain. We managed to find the room's own parking space but it's a fair distance from the property and, crucially, it was shorter than our car - an Audi A6... The public, paid, car park is much closer and handy but because of the time/pricing bands I found I had ro leave a restaurant mid-dinner to top up the parking fee.
I found that it was very difficult to open the bedroom window, desirable as the evening was very warm.
But having the window open at night wouldn't have been a good idea as there is a late-opening pub/club nearby, on the same street, and there was quite a lot of noise, especially when the place closed in the early hours.
This seems like a lot of niggles, which is a shame as the property is, overall, a good place to stay when visiting Bewdley.
Lovely old characterful building in a quiet setting. Had thought of everything we could need - great pre arrival instructions and advice and welcome pack
