Comfortable and pleasant stay in a tasteful room.

Excellent and I will stay here again.
Pros:

There was no staff there and no breakfast but that didn't matter.
The facilities are very good, bed was excellent, a good view across the valley to the Severn Valley Railway.

Cons:

No parking on site but this would not be possible because of location.
I can't think of anything I particularly disliked.

Good value for money
Pros:

Great communication, a very good supply of tea, coffee, shower products etc, very clean, generally a very nice suite

Cons:

Beds are a subjective thing but I didnt get any sleep due to the bed being so soft I felt like I was lying in a ditch.The whole mattress moved whenever I turned and gave me back.pain. However if the mattress had been firmer I would have absolutely no hesitation in recomnending or staying again because everything else was great. My friend had no issue with her bed.
