Я довольно много путешествую и за время этих путешествий был гостем совершенно разных отелей. От маленьких бюджетных отелей до больших люксовых. Практически всегда я оставляю хорошие отзывы, но в этот раз мне хочется оставить более, чем просто хороший отзыв. Данный отель впечатляет сразу. Начнем по порядку: водитель отеля терпеливо ждал нас в аэропорту, хотя мы прилично задержались. Мы быстро добрались до отеля и были очарованы его роскошным внешним видом. На ресепшн нас радушно встретили, быстро оформили и поселили в номера, учитывая все наши предпочтения. Вообще о сотрудниках ресепшн я бы хотел сказать много хороших слов. Особая благодарность Шеру и Нигине, которые помогали нам абсолютно во всём во время нашего проживания в этом замечательном отеле. Еще хотелось бы сказать большое спасибо поварам, которые готовят завтраки. Стоит отметить потрясающие сырники! Если говорить про номера отеля, то там есть всё, что нужно для комфортного проживания: удобные кровати с приятным постельным бельем (матрасы не жесткие!), холодильник, довольно быстрый интернет, чайник, письменный стол и тд. Обратил на себя внимание умный унитаз с подогревом и автоматическим смыванием воды. Ко всему прочему, необходимо добавить, что в отеле есть несколько мест для курения, что важно для курящих путешественников. Уборка в номерах проводится ежедневно и очень качественно. Подводя итоги, я могу смело рекомендовать этот отель всем туристам, которые приезжают в Самарканд на короткий или длительный срок. Однозначно, лучшие оценки по всем параметрам!

Cons:

Нам очень не понравилось то, что мы прожили в этом отеле всего одну неделю. Хотелось остаться здесь навсегда :)

Pros:

Hotel is very nice, new, extremely clean.Good breakfasts.Good location.Cozy room.

Cons:

Constraction next door.This is not hotel fault, but very dusty and noisy area in October 2025.Far from main destinations.

3 nights stay in Golden Samarkand
Pros:

Staff was very helpful and polite, many thanks to Henrich, who was serving breakfasts. Reception guys were good too.
Breakfast was good, room was specious and quiet.

Cons:

The location was a bit far from the attractions and old city. But close to the train station.

Felt like staying at Versailles! OTT styling on every level - room, common areas, breakfast.
Pros:

Lovely rooms with every modcon, impressive grand hotel decor and styling. Amazing buffet breakfast spread. Friendly staff, with special shout-out to Sher, the affable manager on duty during my stay.

Cons:

Road at the front of the hotel is undergoing redevelopment, so a little challenging getting back and forth across the road. Construction works should be completed quite soon, I imagine. This said, it didn't impact on the stay.

Golden Samarkand hotel makes you feel like a king.
Pros:

Location, the property itself looks like a baroque palace with a huge lobby done in in-laid marble, furnished with Victorian sofas and chairs, tastefully designed. Cher at the front desk was most helpful and kind. The hotel is very close to the train station. Breakfast room is an elegant salon with all kinds of food; waiters ready to help with eggs to order or to bring anything to your table. Most of the help is young, enthusiastic and very friendly.

Cons:

Cannot think of anything. It was a totally positive experience. Cher arranged for a tour guide who was also a math teacher at a high school, very kind and professional.

the hotel is almost in the center, very classic 2 years old beautiful disgn very comforable rooms with excellent breakfast. Mr. Sheer very pleasant and friendly at the reception desk spoke english fluently. Price is reasonable
