Disappointing is an understatement.
Pros:

The staff were very attentive and kind.

Cons:

There is no coffee maker in room and none available in the lobby area; all the towels have stains; there was no bed cover-just a top sheet; the pillows are ridiculously soft and it is very far of a walk to the nearest good restaurant on the malecon. Since the room/hotel has no coffee / food you have to walk over a mile and a half to get breakfast (unless you want OXXO coffee four blocks away)! No hair dryer (I should have read the description better)and AC unit turns on and off by itself in the middle of the night. No phone in room to call front desk so when they forgot to clean room on Sunday we had to go down and then back up three flights of stairs to get fresh towels and toilet paper. I usually am an easy going traveler but this was a big let down for the price.

Perfecto para viajes de trabajo a progreso.

Esta bien ubicado para el trabajo que fui a hacer y esta relativamente cerca de varios establecimientos para comer, ademas de tener alberca y estar practicamente a lado de la playa

Ubicación muy alejada del Malecón para la tarifa costosa , frigobar deteriorado, instalación de cables eléctricos mal instalados, solo puedes transportarte en Uber, y costosas tarifas extras por no ser puntual en el checkout, aunque salimos a tiempo. Mal modo por parte del la encargada. No hay fotos por que no perdí el tiempo en eso

My stay at Casa 300 Mila was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. Catherine, Catherine, and David went above and beyond to make Cooper and me feel completely at home — their warmth, kindness, and attention to every detail truly touched my heart. The property itself is spotless, beautifully maintained, and perfectly equipped — not a single toiletry or comfort was missing. Their assistant Chris was also exceptional, always ready to help with a smile. Everything was just marvelous and perfect. I can’t recommend this place highly enough — a true gem where hospitality is genuine and heartfelt.

My stay at Casa 300 Mila was truly a home away from home. From the moment I arrived, EKatharine’s beautiful smile and warm welcome made me feel instantly at ease after my long journey. Every detail was perfect — from the handmade bread, cookies, and candies to the well-stocked water and thoughtful toiletries. Ekatharine .David, and Chris showed such genuine care and hospitality. Everything was marvelous, and Cooper and I couldn’t have felt more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Pros:

No es complicado llegar de la terminal de autobuses de Progreso, está muy cerca del centro, se valora mucho la tranquilidad está alejado del bullicio de la gente y eso se agradece, la alberca pequeña pero es de los pocos hoteles cerca de la playa con hotel, había marea roja por lo que para nosotros la alberca nos ayudó bastante.

El servicio en general bien, La habitación que nos tocó con humedad extrema la ropa y toallas no se secan y no hay como ventilar, pero es lo de menos, casi no estuvimos en la habitación.

Cons:

Solo una chica con muy mala actitud, no con nosotros pero se percibía, mucha humedad en la habitación y el agua de la alberca huele un poco raro, pero en general la pasamos muy bien.
