The staff was very nice

Cons:

The pool area had construction. The hotel is not directly on the lake. There was loud noise from the generator we moves rooms. The new room ran out of hot water. Bed was very firm and towels were hard.

The buffet prices was overboard..3k a person. Yet we barely ate. Honestly no value for money. And tea in a saucer cup 400??
