Cockroaches, mosquitoes and other types of little keet were there on bed , washroom and room .Very bad smell 😷 all over the rooms that was heating my head whole night.Bedsheet were stinging and not washed I think from one year. It was very dangerous and unsafe. I will never recommend this hotel to even my enemies .
Good hotel
Location was nearest dharavi metro staion
Good Stay
It had doors
The location is so shabby its dharavi stinks like a rotten meat felt so unsafe felt like a its a effing hooks up place where people just come for couple hours to their business pathetic location ugh! Why did we go there
Nothing good
We booked the room in the afternoon in the train. We arrived in the evening at the "hotel". The manager announced us that the price will be double that the one that we had.
-" Or you pay or you leave!" And when you see the area around you really dont want ro be out in the night. He also wanted from us to cancel the reservation and we refused. So he took the freedom to lie and he cancelled the réservation. So we had to pay cash double. As we didnt had indian roupies and the "manager" wanted to be paid before we entered the room, so we had to change from the manager, and here also no choice. So he had the freedom to cheat us also on that.
This place is an extorsion accomodation. And my wife gelt really unsafe.
DONT GO THERE!
One more time the trust in booking.com is going down. This guest house shouldnt be listed.
Area noise and really dirty, cf attached pictures.
Level under zero.
And the water bottle is the same price than in a palace.
Good attitude from the staff and also a neat and calm place . Peaceful and good room facilities like tv new toilet and heater and everything we need they will provide.
I don't like staircase
Cleaning front of hotel location
The staff is very helpful.
The main problem is the hotel is located in a very dirty place.
Always get a very bad smell 🥶🥶😔
Staff were the best. Managers both in day and night time were quite cooperative and understandable.
1. Location- in front of hotel there is a dirty big bin which needs to be removed and gives very bad smell of dead rat.
2. Housekeeping never cleaned toilet seat or wiped bathroom. There was a leakage in jet. The room door lock was quite dodgy.
3. Too much noise from outside early morning as well as late night from another room due to no sound proof in rooms.
Some of the staff were really nice guys
The room was smaller than I expected (maybe 8M2), I was anything but clean and it was right on the edge of the slum.
That's all still doable, it's India after all. But a part of the staff lives at the tiny reception, which is literally 2 meters from your room. So there are very loud conversations, tv programs and phone calls going on all evening until way past midnight. It was almost impossible to sleep before 01:00. My neighbor got annoyed and asked if they could make a little lass noise after midnight. He got treated so rude I didn't even dare to ask as well.
It's not like they aren't friendly but they don't seem to understand that people rent a room to sleep there
