Pros:

風呂の後のアイスや、ヤクルト。
夜のラーメン。
部屋のベットが低くて良かった。
温泉も肌がツルツルになった。

Cons:

朝ごはん混み合う時間を避けたのに結果混んでる時間になってしまった。
割り込みも多く混んでいる時はもう少し順番に回れるようにして欲しい。

大満足の御宿。
Pros:

コスパ高い！清潔感アリ、接客◎、設備も◎。夜鳴きそばも大人気、朝食も早くから多くが駆けつけていたけど、混んでいる～という言う印象ではなく、満喫できた。この内容でこの値段はリピ間違いなし。

清潔で綺麗であった。
露天風呂も快適だった。

Cons:

ネット予約してるのに、到着して、
名前や住所をまた入力する手間がありました。
しかも、タブレット持ったホテルの人が名前確認してるのに、再度の入力作業。
意味不明、到着して疲れてるのに、とてもめんどくさかった。

朝食が、激混んでで、ゆっくりとれなかった。

Great location and onsen experience
Pros:

great location. it's just right beside the train station. Onsen was great as well, we enjoyed the onsen experience. Staff were helpful and friendly. Also like the tatami flooring in the hotel.

Cons:

Tried their dinner buffet. It's decent but thought the taste and variety can be improved.
