Great location and onsen experience
Pros:

great location. it's just right beside the train station. Onsen was great as well, we enjoyed the onsen experience. Staff were helpful and friendly. Also like the tatami flooring in the hotel.

Cons:

Tried their dinner buffet. It's decent but thought the taste and variety can be improved.

Pros:

とにかく食事🍽️！床も暖かく床暖房がはいり、地元のブュッフェに慣れていた子ども達は期待していなかったのですが、しっかり丁寧なお出汁をとって職人さん達が気持ちをこめて作ったたくさんのお料理を大変喜んでいました。
アイスも子供だけのためではなく、大人のわたしも食べてみたいと思うようなアイスもあり、セレクトが良かったです。
あらゆる視点からたくさんの意見を取り入れてるのがわかります
